I stayed here because of coming to London for a meeting and for staying on to go to the theatre. The location of this hotel is almost perfect. It was a short walk to the London Palladium and even shorter to Oxford Street and Regent Street. The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the air conditioning worked a treat and I left feeling happy and relaxed.
The only complaint was when I attempted to extend my stay in accordance with my Platinum status and I was told I had to check in the morning. The issue with this is, how can I plan my day until I know if I can stay longer or not? Well, I say the only complaint, the other was having to carry all the things I bought from Oxford Street home, but that's hardly the hotels fault :-)

- Try to get a room other than the ground floor due to noise.
- Take care to ensure breakfast is included.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of London. However, whilst the staff were excellent, the room clean and tidy, the hotel is in dire need of refurbishment internally, particularly in the corridors, bathroom and the external doors need replacement. A problem with the lift necessitated walking up and down the stairs upon our arrival on two occasions because the room card would not open the door and required reactivating. Also, unless we used the second lift which was a fairly long way from our room once we reached our floor again we had to walk up and down to get to our floor. However, overall I would stay here again because of location.
