As a regular at the hotel for business, the staff at both the reception and in the bar/restaurant area are always friendly, welcoming and attentive which is always appreciated.
The general hotel area is always maintained to a high standard, and the rooms in every stay i've had over the last 18 months have never been disappointing either.

Paid for the room over the telephone, turn up after a 4 hour drive at nearly 2300hrs and told at the front desk that the room was not paid for.
After taking 30 minutes to sort it out I was then given an internet password that was wrong, and the lady at the front desk couldn't understand me nor I her.

we came to stay in this hotel due to my daughter haveing had her bay on 6th may at queen charlottes hospital .the staff were very nice when we told them and gave us there best wishes .
we enjoyed our stay it was nice to relax after a stressfull few hours on friday at the hospital .
staff were very chatty at the evening meal and made our stay a very pleasent one.

Overall experience is excellent albeit a little concern towards the following points will make it outstanding;
1) The buses are parked just beneath the windows of the new extension (Deluxe rooms). At the time of loading or off-loading, the guests' noise is annoying.
2) Some of the guests especially young groups used to gather under the new extension for smoking. This causes smoke to enter the rooms when windows are opened and also the screaming and noise are annoying.
3) It's now time to hire a first class chef in order to improve your menu.

Took over 1 hour to check in during the wee hours thanks to a front desk staff who was not willing to honour rates previously quoted by central reservation. I had explained that the stay was necessary due to an emergency and I had not managed any rest for over 20 hours. Said staff member did not take any notice to that and asked me to place a booking with central reservation, even though central reservation assured me that the rate would be the same as what the hotel would quote. After central reservation made the booking, the staff member at the front desk did not accept it, arguing that my booking reference was not valid, even though the order had been placed at the hotel lobby itself within earshot of the staff member. Long story short, this went on for over 1 hour and the staff member was unapologetic and showed no empathy to my situation. I had to even pay a higher rate vs. what I was quoted by central reservation!
Only managed 2 hours of sleep as any movement from the corridor could be heard quite easily from the room, and I am not a light sleeper!
Even though I paid for breakfast when I checked in, my room was not put on the list and was questioned by staff members to confirm that I had indeed purchased breakfast which was another unpleasant experience.
During lunch, the bar was understaffed and the bar staff was constantly distracted while taking and processing my order.
Checkout was with the same staff member during check in - he did not ask about my stay nor showed any pleasantries. All in all, a horrible customer experience and a great let down during my time of need! Needless to say I will be heading for the competition as my first port of call next time!

While everything was generally OK, the rooms and corridors have woodern flooring which is very noisy which does detract from the stay. The television service was standard holiday Inn - they really do need to come into the real world now that UK free view does offer a far better choice for those that are UK based. Most peope these days do not want to pay extra for holiday inn type of service.

Stayed at this location for a recent business location. The room was very nice and spacious, and spotlessly clean. The hotel offered good dining choices, and the morning breakfast buffet selection was varied and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located in West London, and offers a comfortable and pleasant stay.
