Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for a night stay after a night out on the town! I stayed at this hotel with a colleague after attending a work christmas party and it didn't disappoint. The room was clean, the shower was powerful and it ad all the necessary amenities. The bar food was tasty and the hotel night staff were especially friendly! Having staggered back to the hotel at 4am wanting a greasy ate away, hotel reception provided us with a take away menu, helped order the food and then sent them up to our room when it arrived! Perfect service! It was really good value for money too, especially since the location is very convenient for the SOHO area! January 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One night stay with daughter with wife in nearby hospital Apart from the very nice, cosy and warm room perfect for me and my daughter as we asked for twin beds on check in and were very well looked after. The very pleasant and competent receptionist did everything possible to check us in quickly and give us the perfect room for our short stay. Plus the very good location near to Oxford St and the tube at Portland St, it was a memorable stay whilst my wife was in a nearby hospital. Thanks to the check in staff, who made our stay perfect, and for sure we will use this very hotel next time we visit London . It is also in a nice and popular area with no concerns for safety whilst walking anywhere nearby or to and from the tube or main shopping areas. I really recommend this hotel. December 23, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by staff was very friendly Although the rooms are small, there is a very friendly atmosphere and the restaurant staff was particularly friendly We had to depart one night earler.The Manager on duty was efficient and although he had to charge for the three nights he was professional in his approach . So my thanks go to the Manager and his staff on duty at checking out...better than when checking in .... My disappointment now is that although I did pay for the three nights the administration has awarded me points for only 2 nights!!! strange is it not ??? why should you charge and not give the right point value ? your loyal IHG member December 16, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by What's in a name.....? My wife who has a double barrelled surname wasn't allowed to check in as she didn't have the same surname. Amazingly was told if she had any proof of having my surname she would be able to! So if she changed her name by deed pole she could have. She wasn't happy. I forwarded her the booking reservation from the middle of a meeting and it was sorted but not good at all. I suppose she could have walked in off the street and guessed that I had happened to have booked a room on that exact night at one of the thousand plus hotels in north London and also given my name.... But then again that would be ridiculous to guess all of that wouldn't it!!!!!! December 13, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Congratulations to regents park hotel A very pleasant stay. Arrival and registration pleasant and efficient. Foyer pleasantly decorated for Xmas. Room excellent although bathroom rather cramped. Cleanliness perfect and chamber maiding Outstanding. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant where the food was good and the service attentive. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friday night in London Centre Really good hotel for staying in West End. Short walk from Oxford Circus tube or Regents Park. Check in staff really helpful and polite. Black out curtains and no sound pollution meant we slept brilliantly. Room was clean and well equipped. Good shower, plenty of power and temperature stayed constant. December 3, 2013

However, Daniel the manager took charge and upgraded me to an executive room with a bottle of champagne on the house! Next day, during the check out, I was not charged for the wifi usage either. The executive room was clean and lovely. The staff were all helpful. Will definitely use the hotel on my next visit. November 30, 2013

With the assistance of the reception staff the problem was satisfactory resolved (a special mention to staff member Kristine for her help in this regard). From there on our stay was great.All staff were very friendly and helpful.this was our fourth stay and we look forward to next. November 29, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place but unreasonable cancellation policy This was a nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay, it was clean and the staff were friendly. I will say that the room was quite overpriced. When I booked it I wasn't paying attention and thought the quoted price was for both nights instead of per night so I went ahead. When I realized my mistake I tried to cancel (this was within less than 10 minutes of booking) and they said that if I canceled the room I would forfeit the full amount of my stay. And they charged me to call and get it sorted out. Which I didn't. So, definitely read the fine print! November 29, 2013

Buses 88, 453, C2 and tube station about 150 meters distance towards most popular tourisic sites and 25 to the city so you can enjoy sightsing on the way. Very good staff and service, excellent bed, air condition option even on winter time which i used. Good restaurants around the hotel including small supermarket. My best deal in London. I have found the staff to be excellent - polite, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is rather better than I expect for the prices I have paid (this is London!). Good range of breakfast items with porridge on request! Lots of interesting places to eat so I cannot vouch for other meals... Bedrooms are not huge and bathrooms smallish but we dont't go to London to stay in our room! Rooms facing inwards are quiet. Will we get free internet from next year? November 25, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by First poor experience I have stayed in this Holiday Inn almost every week now for the past 6 months travelling for business. On this stay I have to say I was less than impressed. As a platinum member I did not appear to have any added benefits. I was in a room on 4th floor with 2 single beds. A colleague of mine not on the points scheme was offered a room change to a double bed on his arrival after me - I was not given this opportunity. I then rang reception to try and change to a double room and could not get through for about 20minutes by which point I had to go out anyway. The room had water provided as in the premier rooms but this was not replenished after the first nights stay. The toilet flush then broke on the morning of my check out. I don't see that being a platinum member afforded me any benefits on this stay. November 24, 2013

Typically such hotels adopt a take it or leave it approach to its guests whereas the staff of the Holiday Inn Regents Park really work hard to ensure the customer experience is a positive one. Bedrooms are well maintained and adequately sound-proofed. Common areas (for example the first floor bar area, are well appointed and welcoming at any time of day. The location of the hotel relative to tube and bus connections could hardly be better. November 22, 2013

The staff were exceedingly helpful, well spoken and always cheerful. I would recommend it to any person with an early appointment at RNOH who live out of London. November 22, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet The hotel prices on the desk are astonishing, but it's good value if you pre-book with a deal. The hotel room is comfortable enough and the desk staff are helpful and friendly. The key use in the lift is not clarified sufficiently, either by signage in the lift or by the desk staff - we had to rescue two people who were going up and down without being able to access their floor. They had their keys, just hadn't been told. We attempted to go for a drink at the bar, but gave up. The two staff were unsmiling, obviously not having a good time at all, did not acknowledge us and were fulfilling long table orders. Having waited for ten minutes, we decided to go out for a drink instead which was definitely the right decision. November 13, 2013

The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Loved the breakfast. I am already missing it. Very well connected to the tube and is centrally located. I was able to visit all the important places to see quite easily. Loved the fact that you can practically walk to Oxford Street from the hotel. November 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superb service and great sleep I stayed for 2 nights. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and work space. I was able to sleep well which is not usually the case when I come to London as it is so noisy - but the soundproofing in the room was great. What really made the hotel so good for me though was the staff - they were so helpful and accomodating and for that reason alone I would definately stay here again. The hotel is so close to Oxford Street and there is a fabulous Tai restaurant within waking distance. One suggestion for the hotel - slightly more choices of vegeterian food or fish dishes, would be good, and not all vegeterians like goat's cheese !! But overall, great location, very clean room, love the choice of pillows and your staff are your biggest asset, look after them! Thank you.. November 4, 2013
