I am sensitive at pillows and was very glad to find you offer two kinds of them( soft one and harder one). Sleep is very imortant to tourist as we sightseeing is a engergy-consuming work. Beside, free WiFi is also very important as it makes us feel connected with our friends and family when we make buying decisions about the goods we want to purchase in the stores nearby your Holiday Inn. So, strongly and sincerely recommend that you share the internet fee with the nearby markets.

Arrived at reception welcomed as a Platinium Card Holder and was given Executive Room Upgrade (and called on the morning to request and told room had been allocated)
Was provided with a vocouher for free drink as a Priority Card member asked if my partner could also have one as she was a member this was granted on presentation of her card
Room was an Executive with Sofa.
Breakfast excellent, didnt use resturant as there is a wide choice in the WESTFIELD SHOPPING CENTRE - Stratford City of the Hotel is located in the Centre Complex
Only thing we dont like about the room is tea making facility very cramped - location is resonable as we used the HS1 RAIL SERVICE from central London but had to use tube to go to a show we booked in London's West End
3rd time we have stayed there as i said dont require resturamt other than for breakfast first Holiday Inn with PAY MOVIES but with Cinema in the Shopping Centre no problem
Staff very attentive and felt secure

Helpful, friendly staff who go the extra mile for guests. Spacious room, clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again if discounted offer was available as a bit more pricey than what I'd usually pay for a short break.
No car access could be a problem for less mobile guests.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, the rooms were modern, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was great and the location is just perfect. a great way to spend a weekend shopping and in such close proximity to a vast selection of restaurants. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and we were able to leave our bags after we checked out whilst we went shopping.
Superb and I have already recommended this place to friends.

We love staying in the Holiday Inn at Westfield, Stratford because having parked the car for only £5.00 a day we can enjoy the first class hotel facilities and rooms as well as Westfield. There is everything there from shopping to cinemas to bars and the links to Central London and Islington make The Holiday Inn the perfect base for a trip to the Capital and The Emirates Stadium.

Booked for one night Sat 26 January 2013, stayed in room 501 an executive room, overlooking the Olympic Park. Check in was speedy and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable, save for the stale smell of cigarette smoke, not the hotel's fault by any means, just mindless ignorant previous guests. Bed very comfy and a choice of two pillows, bathroom was spotless. Being so close to the tube, DLR and mainline rail station at Stratford it's a perfect base to explore London and Westfield. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Stratford City, from the staff downwards.

Excellent location for Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre and surrounding area, great transport links into central London. The hotel was extremely welcoming, complimentary upgrade was provided as a priority card holder. Fantastic room, airy and open plan, and the staff were exceptional, especially the young man on reception who checked us in and out. Warm and friendly staff, great location and exceptional standards in the hotel, thank you for a lovely weekend. A very satisfied customer.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel reception to the moment we left, the service we received from all the staff was exceptional. Nicholas at reception was very welcoming and efficient, making us feel very welcome. The room was spotless. We used the bar and resturant and the staff were just as helpful and cheerful. The service was first class. The location of the hotel is great and the parking at Westfield was very cheap.
10 out of 10.
We will be back!

Holiday Inn Stratford (London) is adjacent to the Westfield shopping centre and plentiful eateries. It's right next to rail/tube station too (a short ride into central London#. A new hotel sharing entrance with the Staybridge Suites next door. Everything is new and shiny and well appointed bathroom and bedroom with comfy bed. Hotel was also very quiet despite being a few steps from entertainment & transport. Efficient check in & out, and clean rooms; our only gripe would be the inefficient & ineffective heating #it was January and there was snow on the ground outside - it was cold!), which merely blew the already cool air around the room but most annoying was despite having switched the "heating fan" off, it came on by itself early every morning - waking us up! We visited shops, markets, galleries, museums as well as friends in London. Would stay there again.

Working in the area for a couple of days and my wife joined me on the trip. We were so delighted with the hotel, its proximity to the train station and what can you say about Westfield Stratford City with the Olympic Stadium in the background. Great food and service - the only minor issue was our taxi driver finding the best place to leave us off for the hotel - postcode issues! Aside of that, we look forward to visiting the hotel again.

Arriving at Stansted Airport it is an ideal place to stay. 50 minutes by bus from Stansted ( only 6 pounds!!!) and you are in front of the hotel.
Very nice new rooms, iovely view over the Olympic sites, friendly staff and freshly prepared breakfast a la carte!!!
My daughter and I cannot expect coming again!

We stayed here for one night during the week and could not believe the amazing location. Brilliant for shopping, would highly recommend if you want to shop.
Saying this, the one serious downside to the location is that there is no vehicle access to the hotel, you have to park in the multistorey car parks and then walk to hotel. We had booked a disabled room and although my Mother was not in a wheelchair, she has severe walking difficulties, we were never told of the issue with access on booking. On checking out, the concierge were extremely helpful and located a wheel chair. But this issue really needs to be addressed, we would not stay again until easier access is available.
The rooms were clean and comfortable with great views.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was great.
Would highly recommend except for the access issue.

It was a good hotel but did like the sink in the bathroom, so I was not be able to wash. I did not like the menu for dinner but the breakfast was ok but a bit unhappy about there is no breakfast buffet.

Our stay here was for two nights in a standard double room with breakfast. Our welcome was great and the man on reception was very friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our short break.
Our only gripe was on the last morning when two members of staff were doing what we guessed was a stock check in the restaurant at breakfast. It was really annoying listing to a man run though lists of numbers quite loudly whilst we were trying to eat. We found we couldn't relax or chat over breakfast as it was simply too distracting. It was even more annoying as we'd been told we had to sit in that particular area when there were tables elsewhere that were free. Alternatively, the men could have sat elsewhere as there were plenty of other spaces away from the guests eating breakfast.

During check in, my debit/credit card was requested from which £50 was kept in holding. I was told this money would be released back into my account a few days after I checked out providing everything was in order, despite my having paid for my hotel stay in full at the time of booking. This was not mentioned at the time of booking either.
This hotel is located right at Stratford Westfied shopping centre and has easy access to Stratford rail/underground station. Nice, clean rooms - although the water in the shower would only get so warm! Did not have any food/beverages during my stay - chose to eat at the food court in Westfield shopping centre instead! Would definitely stay here again.

I am often the sort of person that criticises and complains, however this hotel exceeded all expectations.
It was spotlessly clean, a lovely place in a central shopping centre to retreat back to, for a peaceful drink with a view of the Olympic stadium.
We had an executive room which was very comfortable and spacious, with everything you could hope for and the little extras that make it special, bath robes, bottled water,etc.
Every member of staff was personable, polite and acknowledged us, it was Boxing day so these people had worked over Christmas which I really appreciate as I have worked many holidays as a nurse.
I hope the manager appreciates the team at this hotel which clearly make this a very special place to stay.

Hotel is very good and well placed except that there is no way to drive up to it and off load bags or get into a taxi while waiting in the lobby, maybe a left over from the games but planners needs to make this possible as it was raining the following morning and we had to wait away from the hotel in the rain to get a taxi we had pre arranged. Difficult to do with a mother in law in wheel chair and luggage. Staff were very helpful but this one point needs to be fully addressed.

As a platinum priority club member of many years, I stay in and enjoy many Holiday Inns across the UK. This was my second stay at Stratford, on the first stay I ate out (as the shopping centre has an excellent range of restaurants) on this occasion I needed to work, so ordered room service. The menu was limited compared to most HI's - it did have an option for the restaurant menu, but I was looking for simple but good. My first choice was 'off' so I chose again, food arrived promptly but two parts of the order were wrong which required another visit from room service. The quality of food was average at best and all this with a tray charge of £5.00 - more than most other Hi's. What should have been a good simple meal with good value and no hassle became poor quality, with poor service at a relatively high cost. The rest of the experiance -bedroom, check-in, bar etc - was good but let down by the above.

Excellent location with attentive staff. Quality of food in restaurant excellent, but also well positioned for lots of other choice in Westfield. Standard of accommodation is very good, especially as the beds are relatively new.

I have stayed in the hotel the last 6 weeks and with working late and not wanting to eat out I have room service and find there is an very poor choice of basic home cooked food. Also the food has arrived and was not what I ordered at least 3 times. This is not good when you are working long hours and you want something good and simple to eat.

we stayed here for a night at the end of november to do some christmas shopping at westfield. perfectly situated right near the shopping centre, the room was very comfortable with a soft cosy bed and lovely bathroom. very clean, friendly staff and great features such as wifi and a big tv! ended up staying in our room over 12 hours straight eating subway, watching tv and sleeping after our journey :)
would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Wesffield as my wife and myself attended the Rolling STones concert at the o2 .
We would normally stay in or around Docklnads but as usual when the o2 is being used prices are completely ridiculous . That having been said we found the hotel to be jsu as easy a commute to the o2 a simple tube journey even better the tube runs later for the return trip .
From our arrival mid afternoon until we left next day we found the staf attentive without being over powering , we didnt eat other than an excellent breakfast but we did enjoy a period in the View bar .
We had some customers with us who all commented on the excellent location and thos who drove also remarked on the ease of parking .
We didnt but if you wished to go shopping in Westfield you could not be more convenient .
The rooms are modern , clean and well appointed the only disappointment being a rather weak shower .
Overall the hotel was excellent and i will continue to use on future visits to the o2

Took the underground to get there, and just a short walk away was the hotel, very well located for the shops and Lots of the restaurants, should you want to eat somewhere different. The real Greek is a must.
