The rest of the personnel were also very nice. the hotel was clean and had a nice appearance. The one spot I would look to improve is the television channels available. There are not a lot of network choices that I have become accustomed to in a Holiday Inn property. And also increase the number of English speaking channels as most of your visitors are from the states. November 11, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room for value I stayed here in November, 2014 and the room was quite comfortable. It was clean, well lit and on promotion was good value for the stay. The fitness centre was decent for a box hotel (several treadmills and cycles, universal gym) but wished they had a better selection of dumbbell weights - I think the highest they had was 15 lbs. Pool was quite nice. I'd stay again if on promotion. November 7, 2014

Location was very close to my place of business. Room had no inside or outside noises. I would recommend addressing the workout area, it is the same as the first time I visited this holiday inn 14 years ago. October 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One bad apple I am a platinum Priority Club member and I stay at this property approximately 25 nights per year and have for the past 8 years. Generally, my stay is very comfortable and the experience is good. However, my last few visits have been soured by the attitude of one staff member. He works the overnight shift at the check in counter. Specifically, I checked out at 4:15 a.m. during my last stay to catch my 6:45 a.m. flight. I went to the front desk to ask for my receipt and was met with an attitude as if I was putting this employee out. He actually said he doesn't understand why so many people were up so early and he was trying to "do everything". I'm never pleased I have to go to the desk to get my receipt as it should be at my door. Nonetheless, I certainly don't need an attitude from the staff member for simply asking him to do his job.
