Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel For Groups We stayed at this property for 3 nights during a girls hockey tournament. The hotel was very busy with other sports teams (hockey, basketball). The layout is perfect for groups, or teams. Very easy to locate someone from anywhere in the building (or keep track of your kids). Pros- Friendly staff, clean hotel, functional clean rooms, comfortable beds, quality cleaning staff, LARGE pool, well designed, reasonable price, kids eat free. Cons- No fridge in the room. I only ate 2 meals (breakfast/dinner) at the restaurant and found both to be average in food quality. Good price (free child) but average food. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. I would return. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for Sports Tournaments....... Fantastic hotel for sports teams. The wrap around hallways with a constant view of the children was unique and enjoyable. The food was good, with plenty of room in the atrium to be comfortable. Having a buffet is very accomadating as kids and adults can eat at the same time. i.e.-There is no waiting to eat. This helps when dealing with a sports team. No adavantage to being an IHG member, however. Tried to check in early, told no, check-in time was 3:00. Asked if I could have empty room beside our friend, told no--rooms were already designated. This was non-confrontational. Staff was polite. Why am I a memeber when their doesn't appear to be any benefits, except accumulating points? Disapointing to sit in the lobby for 3 hours when there were cleary empty rooms on our team's reserved floor. Still definitely recommend this hotel, however. Great time, great stay. January 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend holiday parties noisy for nonparticipating guests We really like this hotel and have stayed here on three different trips to Montreal. The hotel is easy to find and the bridge to the island of Montreal is nearby, making access to the downtown and plateau and eastern Montreal easy. The rooms are really nice, and there's minimal sound from outside. The big, big downside is that if there are parties with bands on the first floor, the sound funnels up the atrium to all the rooms on all the floors. Unfortunately, this stay was on a Friday night before the holiday, and we didn't know about the party, so were subjected to its noisy celebrations after a long week of work when sleep was more of what we had in mind. Next time, I'll ask if a party is booked if I'm planning a weekend night stay. January 3, 2015
