Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasent Staff, dirty rooms. First room smelled awful, staff was very pleasant and changed room. Second room took half an hour for AC to turn on, had a dirty bathroom and missing desk chair. Restaurant drinks were actually more expensive than the 5 star hotel I stayed in the night before and food was not very good. Would not recommend. February 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK for a quick layover this hotel is very old and the rooms are pretty run down and do not provide much comfort or cozy feeling. Bed and mattresses are OK. Staff is friendly although Check in can take quite long. Rate and Shuttle bus were OK. February 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fine hotel but missing shower curtain. Stayed here prior to flying out of LAX. Hotel is fine and service was good. Only complaint was that when I went to take a shower in the morning there was no shower curtain. I didn't have time to have one brought up. Very irritating. February 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by old and worn out room Passing through LAX with overnight connection. It was a conveniently located IHG property, so I booked it. Told I was being upgraded because the room was on a higher floor. It was a standard 2 queen bed room. Although the lobby was clean and modern, the room was very outdated. I will stay at another IHG property if I have to pass through LAX again. February 17, 2015
