This place is quite splendid. Very clean place. The area is near LAX, so it can be quite busy. Although, being up on the 10th floor took the sound of the city right away. The room was in pristine condition and my family really could enjoy our stay. The customer service was definitely on par and very friendly. As an IHG Rewards member, I would recommend this hotel anytime!

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty. The wall looks like it's never been cleaned. The tub was filthy and the paint was chipping. Will never stay here again.

Considering the hotel is in the flight path to LAX, it was reasonably quiet. Shuttle service to and from LAX was prompt and easy. For the cost, compared to parking at the airport, it was a good value.

We used this for a one night stay over between flights. It has everything one could possibly need. The staff is well trained and responsive. There are no negatives.
We would stay here again if the occasion arises. This is the way a hotel should be run.

I use to stay in Holliday inn for a quite long time, long time later i joined de IHG number, i have stayed in LAX Holliday inn and was without any doubt the worst experience I had, I was quite tired and the room was not cleaned, the bathroom was smell like...you imagine and someone forgot some tools in the chair with grass, I have asked to reception a late checkout and the answer was:önly till 13:30. Absurd!!! when I complained the Manager Mr Victor a very polite person excuse and offered me U$40 discount which I have refused!!!
It is not a question of discount but a question of respect for a client.
My employees use to stay in holliday inn also and I have personally told them that if they have a problem they should communicate to me.

Poor restaurant acted like we were not there Kids wasn't even acknowledged I thought Kids eat free!! go to McDonald next door

I had to call security twice because of the loud people saying on my floor. In addition, I left my IPad in my room and the head of housekeeping and the hotel manager said "they don't have it". I find it hard to believe considering my ICloud showed that was the last know location.
