Everything was clean: rooms, floors, guest areas; close to airport, not too expensive considering the distance to the airport, staff members were all very friendly and helpful, elevators work very fast
Bedding is old and worn, carpets are old and worn, noise from airplanes flying close to hotel, drapes do not stop light from coming in from below drapes, conference room had some minor electrical problems, an offer to waive the parking fee was offered to us as an incentive to eat that the lunch buffet but we found out later that only conference attendees who DID NOT STAY at the hotel could benefit (how do you explain THAT?); underground parking is very cramped and especially hard to maneuver for larger vehicles

Your Hotel at the LA airport looks like and feels like one from the 1950s.era. It needs a facelift and an upgrade.
We had to change rooms because of noise on the night of April 26 and should have changed again. The first room was near the elevators and the noise was unacceptable. We complained and we were given a room at the same floor at room #1225. To our disappointment this room was as noisy. The vents in the bathroom had a whisling noise throughout the night. It made it impossible to sleep.
Somebody is responsible for all that inconvinience. Maybe the managment does not pay attention to vital customer needs such as a good nights sleep....
