Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor staff, terrible broken down beds, dirty showers When we reserved the hotel room, we reserved a non-smoking room two days before our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, they said they do not honor such requests that it is "first come, first serve", so we were put in a smoking room. They beds were completely broken down in the center--horrendous beds...The showers were nasty (the floor was brown from the dirt). This hotel needs a serious overhaul. The price is outrageous for the very poor quality. The staff does not care either. August 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Two broken beds My wife, daughter and I checked into a king room with sleeper sofa for my daughter to use. About 10 in the evening I started to take the cushions off the couch to roll out the bed only to find a note that said the bed was broken and not to use it. Being late, I didn't want to load everything up again and move rooms, so my daughter slept on the couch. I went to the front desk the next morning to see if we could change to a different king room with sofa bed. We changed rooms and the first thing I looked for was a note under the cushions. Seeing none, I thought we were safe. After a great day at Kentucky Kingdom and an outstanding dinner at Aspen Creek we came back to settle in and relax for the evening. About 10 PM, I pulled the sofa bed out only to find out the leg is broken and it could not be used. I am guessing the cleaning staff does not communicate things that need to be repaired to management. If someone had the time to make a sign and tape it to the bed, certainly, it could have been fixed or replaced. Please repair the sofa beds in rooms 400 and 306. August 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff Jeris, Krystal, Charles and Derrick are very professional and take great care of the customers. Older Holiday Inn, but the staff more than makes up for the age of the hotel. Microwaves and refrigerators should be placed in every room. August 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service The motel was a little dated but very clean and well maintained inside and out.Charles at the front desk could not have been nicer and meet our every need.In the dining room we were greeted in the morning by Pat clearly a women who has been doing this kind of work for many years,You never had to ask or wait for anything,What a Wonderful lady.We stayed here for a week and they treated us like family. It appears there are no w/c accessible rooms with either a king bed or two beds. Staff helped us get a regular room with a king bed, and w/c user used accessible bathroom in lobby. Scant handicap parking as well. August 5, 2014
