If you're looking for a hotel to provide great service, a quiet room except for road noise which the air conditioner covers at night and a great place to rest and relax, look no further than this hotel. The room furniture could use an update but we felt the bed was worthy of a very expensive hotel. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back.

I travel a lot for my job, I have stayed at great properties and horrible properties but unfortunately none as bad as this. I will give credit that the Front Desk staff was great, and the bar food was decent, beyond that my experience was horrible.
I check in after working a 12 hour day, a 3 hour flight and just wanted to get to my room. The first room was scheduled to be a smoker room, which was quickly fixed. I head up to the second room, ready to drop my stuff off and grab a bite to eat. Upon entering I realized that housekeeping never did their job, the sheets were stripped, and that was all they decided to do. So I go down to the front desk, staff is wonderful, they switch me out rooms to a King with a sofa bed, I enter that room and there was no sofa bed. I return back down to the front desk, and get another room, this one had everything I needed...
Grabbed a bite to eat, the food was ok, might have been better if I was already disappointed, or tired.
Was informed that the manager would reach out to me to discuss my stay. 5 days later I still have not heard from him.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you don't care about multiple issues in getting a room and management lack of caring. As I said the only redeeming factor of my entire experience of the hotel was the Front Desk clerk that tried to make things right.
