Always have a great stay at this location while on business. The Front desk team is wonderful and is very accommodating. They will go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent stay.

I travel a lot and I always check to see how clean the floor is by wearing a pair of white socks. I wore these white socks three nights in a row just to check and they stayed sparkling white! Can't even do that at my house.
Look I know there are no perfect hotels because there are no perfect people but I am very impressed with this staff. They really care about what they are doing.
It's an older hotel but I have always felt safe and I love the location right off the loop. I love that they have breakfast at the hotel and room service. I stay here anytime I am in Lubbock. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen!

Room is not up to date. This property is an older location and has not been up dated. For the rates they charge, it should be more up to date.

The rooms are old and dated. Our bed had crumbs in it and the floors were so dirty my son kept stepping on thorns! Our room was extremely noisy. We heard people running up down the hall all night yelling. Needless to say we packed up after one night and left!

I read reviews before my first stay and I was worried that I would have a bad experience. After staying here 4 different times, I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was great and the rooms i stayed in was great. No complaints. I highly recommend.

The staff at the Lubbock Park Plaza are second to none! They are friendly, welcoming and do their best to see that you are happy. The rooms are in need of soundproofing or better seals around the doors and windows. We heard EVERY noise from outside all night long.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms delightful. We went in February and had our grandaughter, she so enjoyed the pool. We will return and have recommended this hotel to friends.

I noticed that this time they put me in a room that appeared to be in better shape. I noticed the difference immediately. It was nice and clean and quiet. Loved the location of my room on the first floor inside close to our meeting room. Once again breakfast was great. This time I had a microwave! But my bed was a little harder and not so comfortable but it may have been a new mattress that hadn't been broken in yet. Very friendly staff everyone from housekeeping to waitress were nice. I plan on staying her again if I keep getting rooms and service like this!

Ok so the hotel is a little dated and rooms are not perfect but the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. Room service was good and I love their extensive breakfast buffet. My rooms are usually fairly clean and very spacious. I love the shampoo conditioner and body lotion they provide. The location is perfect for me.
Picky travelers may not want to stay here. This property would probably not pass the "white glove" test. If you are paranoid bring a can of Lysol.
Love the free wi fi and local calls. Some chains charge for these things. I like the exercise room.
Other drawbacks include only one elevator and still more stairs after that. It's a good place to have a conference but again guests may be dissapointed due to lack of updated decor and older condition of property. It might be time to renovate this place but please keep the big rooms and friendly staff.

I called 4 hours in advanced and booked room with a local employee. When I arrived, my room was no longer booked. This problem has occurred twice. One other visit, they gave me a room key to a room and it was already occupied. Nice hotel just poor staff.

We were kinda suprised that this was shown as a hotel and a hotel you don't drive up to your door and there is your room...It should be advertised as a motel instead...The maids did not clean the room cause I had trimmed my nails which were painted red and when we came back to room and the beds were made you could see my nails on the bathroom floor still...I did that to see if they cleaned the floors and when we arrived there was a big black hair on the shower wall..My daughter and I have blonde hair....Don't think we will stay here again...

I stayed at this hotel twice, the first time the room I had was dirty, towels were not even on the rack in the rest room.
I did not receive my priority points as they agreed to give me (1500) as I chose the points instead of a free breakfast.
The second time I stayed the restroom was dirty again and the bed seemed slept in. Again I did not receive my priority s (1500)as they agreed to give me instead of a free breakfast.
Will not stay there again. Should of stayed at the Holiday inn Express instead. Lesson learned.

The location is convenient and easy to access. There was a minor maintenance issue but it was resolved quickly. Our only disappointment was the early hour the pool closed. One reason we chose the location was the indoor pool. Due to our schedule we were not able to enjoy. Loved having the refrigerator, but would have liked a microwave as well.

My experience was not very good. As a long time Priority Club Member I was given one breakfast for two nights and two people. I probably won't be using my priority club membership very often in the future.

This is an old hotel that did not offer the amenities of the newer hotels. The TV channels selection was limited. The room was DIRTY when I checked in, with some kind of sticky goop on the night stand. The billing was wrong when I checked out . I was also not recognized as a Platinum Priority Club member or even a Priority Club member at check in.
