Our overall stay at the Holiday Inn Lumberton I-95 was great. The rooms were clean and inviting, the check in was smooth and hassle free and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay again and plan to in the future.

Great experience, comfy beds, just wish the annoying cricket which was chirping in the room was taken out of the room before our stay. Overall would definitely recommend.

We can not drive all the way to our destination so we choose to stay here annually. It is safe, convenient and comfortable.

As we checked in the front desk agent was busily visiting with a non-guest friend and ignored us for some time. When we finally gained his attention he was very rude. He directed us to park at the entrance farthest from our room (there were spots available near our room, we moved our car).
Upon reporting this behavior in the morning to a lovely woman named Jaqueline, she assured us that the IHG training does not encourage any rudeness and that she would look into the matter. She then apologized and graciously offered to pay for our breakfast. She thanked me for being an IHG Rewards member and made a disappointing experience into a very positive one.
The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Denny's is not a favorite restaurant for us, but the service and food quality were better than expected.
