Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Training Opportunity As we checked in the front desk agent was busily visiting with a non-guest friend and ignored us for some time. When we finally gained his attention he was very rude. He directed us to park at the entrance farthest from our room (there were spots available near our room, we moved our car). Upon reporting this behavior in the morning to a lovely woman named Jaqueline, she assured us that the IHG training does not encourage any rudeness and that she would look into the matter. She then apologized and graciously offered to pay for our breakfast. She thanked me for being an IHG Rewards member and made a disappointing experience into a very positive one. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Denny's is not a favorite restaurant for us, but the service and food quality were better than expected. August 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No Continental Breakfast I prefer a hotel with a continental breakfast so I can grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat and get on the road. This hotel has a Denny's so it is not provided. For the same price other hotels in area provide free breakfast. August 19, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by room was as i expected and accustom to. the staff was friendly in exception to manager at time. of the times I stay at this particular hotel the manager seems too busy to help or preoccupied. this has happened each time I stay. Rooms were great; very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and in general a relaxing environment. Bathrooms were really clean. Hotel was quiet at night and close to quality eating places. It is convenient, I am treated with respect here, and , it is always a friendly stay. All my travel needs are met here to my utmost satisfaction. Having a restaurant, bar, pool, etc., all add to my stay. I recommend wholeheartedly that you stay here, if you are in the area ! Allen S. August 11, 2014
