My first visit to Holiday Inn to stay was excellent.
Friendly bar staff who took time to share discussion.
Becky in particular served me well in the restaurant, bidding me well on my leaving following dinner.
Room was comfortable and warm and check in and out was painless.

I regularly stay here on business. I confess I used to eat out rather than eat in here as food and room service was poor to say the least. However over the last few months this has vastly improved and the room service is now excellent and food is served fresh and importantly HOT. Breakfast is still a bit hit and miss on whether food is fresh or dried but generally that is also a lot better. Well done to whoever sorted this out. Overall I am always greeted with a pleasant smile and nice personality from the reception staff. This cascades down to all staff who are polite and welcoming. The rooms are always clean, tidy and smell fresh. I now book here with confidence of having a relaxing stay and would recommend it.

Stayed here many timesthis last 12 months and is a lovely place to stay for visiting London , St Albans and whipsnade wildlife park. Able to park at Luton Parkway or Harpenden and travel into London çity centre very speedy and cheaply.

A nice quiet week for th boys to chill out, use the gym, pool etc Unfortunately the pool was closed for 3 days.
I dont understand the pricing strategy of the company....the hotel was very quiet yet they charged more than the usual standard rates for our stay.
I use the hotel regularly and will continue to do so as the staff are great.
