Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Poor service. No recognition of Platinum status - No upgrade, Bonus points or drink offered! Food - Meal served was poor - Wilted and brown lettuce on salad. Breakfast - Service was poor, slow or non existent. The 2 elderly ladies were rushed off there feet. I was asked if I wanted tea or coffee and never received it. In end I got my own. Poor selection at breakfast as I had to request on 3 mornings for additional cereals to be replenished and for more milk! Room - Cleanliness was very poor in the bathroom! Bodily hairs in sink and bath and on floor! Generally a poor stay and considering I visit IHG hotels a 100+ times a year the fact I writing this tells of my displeasure! March 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel but... Just avoid the food. The hotel is clean, convenient and the staff are friendly and attentive. The health club is good, as is the pool. I have been staying at this hotel for years and always eat out in the evening. Not so easy in the morning and the breakfast is particularly depressing, safest option is yoghurt and a banana. The food is representitive of a chef who is more bothered about the profit than the quality of the food served. Any chef who can't cook an omelette (@ £11.95) should be at McDonalds. March 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay Arrived early afternoon, effecient check in and friendly reception staff. Room was comfortable with a good sized uncluttered desk to work at. Food quality in the restaurant was reasonably good although the service at dinner was awkward. Bed was comfortable and no problems getting a good night's sleep. March 9, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by better staff would've made a more enjoyable stay Checking in on arrival we were shown where breakfast would be served, the next morning we went to breakfast only to be asked for £26!! id assumed breakfast was included, we were then nonchalantly informed that we should have paid for breakfast on arrival if wed wanted it as it would've been nearly half the price; had we been informed of this ludicrous price structure upon arrival then we would have. Secondly, not really the staffs fault per-see but there were a large group of railway workers staying at the hotel, all recently off shift in their dirty work clothes and heavily on the sauce and getting rather loud by just 10 am on the Sunday, i was surprised to see such a large group of rowdy workers in their hi-viz at such a hotel, when we went to use the pool there was a guy with his son in the hot-tub wearing underwear instead of swimwear not exactly the sort of place id take my other half to again. the rooms were fine but i would not recommend this place to anyone other than the desperate looking for no more than a bed for the night March 8, 2015

There are roadworks in the Luton Airport area and finding it was made easier by my Satnav. Good size room, clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good size TV, Tea March 4, 2015
