For the most part, my room has always been clean and comfortable. I will not hesitate to stay at this location for my future visits to Lynchburg, VA. August 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A mix up with departure First, I want to thank the staff who was very helpful with getting my family a room earlier that what was original requested. I had original thought I had made a reservation for Sunday and check out on Thursday. When we arrived on Sunday, the system showed we had no reservation for Sunday but instead for Monday. The staff at the desk were able to accommodate us…Thank you soon much. The problem occurred with check out. The express bill which I found under the door stated our check out day was Wednesday. I went to the front desk with my reservation confirmation paper which stated departure on Thursday. I was told no rooms were available. But after showing her the paper work she stated I would have to wait for her supervisor, who comes in at 10am. I told her I was not leaving the front desk until my room situation was settled. She called her supervisor. who stated we could check out on Thursday. Due to this situation and that staff at the front desk, I give them a rating of 2 stars. August 24, 2015
