Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, delicious food, and clean rooms Every time I come to the hotel, the staff always greet me with a smile, but more importantly, they get me into the room very quickly. If there is anything I need, they are always quick to see that I get it. The food has always been delicious, but the service at breakfast is always superb. It starts my day off right. October 8, 2015

Plan ahead if you are planning on visiting during college activities as availability is limited. October 1, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay But Dissapointed I had reserved this room for two employees to attend a training. A rep for the hotel called me to let me know that one of the employees left their License in the room. He also stated that when he spoke with her, he would make arrangements to get her ID back to her. After the employee called him, she called me to advised me that he stated that he would send her ID back to her, but he would need to charge the card 0.45 for postage. This would have required me to fill out another credit card authorization and send it in, just for 0.45. I work at a facility where we must always be mindful of expenses, so in the grand scheme of things I could understand this exercise if it was a large, costly item to ship back. But to not afford someone this small courtesy of sending an ID back was truly disappointing. The employee ending up deciding to send 10.00 to the hotel.. 0.45 to cover her shipping and the rest to hopefully go to someone in this similar situation. September 30, 2015
