The room was clean and comfortable and the beds/pillows we to our liking. Our breakfasts were as ordered and the service was good. The room floor we were on was quiet in spite of the hotel being booked pretty solid! April 29, 2016

I'm always impressed with the great customer service that I have been given each and every time my family and I have stayed at this location. Sharon at the front desk is great. She is always smiling and makes sure that all guests are happy. I was very disappointed in the lounge. Group of friends went to the bar and the service was appalling. I have never had such horrible service there. The waitress was very rude. April 28, 2016
