Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Holiday Inn I can remember staying in From the minute I entered the lobby, I thought--this is a very nice Holiday Inn. The guest clerk was very responsive and helpful. The room was quiet and clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I was pleased that movies were available but disappointed that there were no nice nearby restaurants. Breakfast the next morning was fine--good food but nothing special. The waitress was welcoming and quick to bring the food. Parking was easy. The pool looked inviting but I was too tired to change and enjoy it. Maybe next time. July 29, 2015

The only recommendation I'd have is to get some drapes on the windows so that guests may close them at their leisure - especially when turning in for the night. Personally, I like a fully dark room when sleeping. July 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Housekeeping and Empty Promises Checked in a little after 1pm, only to find that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk and asked them to have it cleaned while I went out for a late lunch. When I returned a few hours later, nothing had been done. Then I talked with the manager. I got moved to another room, and the manager said the points I used for the stay would be refunded. The second room was fine, but now after almost one week, I still haven't received the points as promised. July 20, 2015
