They provided information upon request and made changes to our breakfast bookings to accommodate our schedule. We didn't particular like the Yam Cha breakfast. Check-in was efficiently handled by the extremely friendly front desk staff. Room was very comfortable, bright and clean. Air condition and internet were working great. Bed was comfortable and there was a choice of hard/soft pillows. Bathroom was great and very clean. The hotel and room facilities were very well maintained. We enjoyed my stay thoroughly and would like to come back again. Check-out was brisk. Congratulations to Holiday Inn. Thank you for your wonderful service. Please keep it up. October 23, 2014

Excellent customer service attitude Our flight was early so we thought of registering first and put aside our luggage so we could do some shopping at the Venetian. To our pleasant surprise, the front desk executive told us they have an available room for us and if we would like to check-in. We are delighted and would like to thank the front desk as well as the housekeeping staff for their dedication to make this early check-in possible. We understand that time is needed for housekeeping to tidy up after the guest has check out and often many has requested for late check out too.
