Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Almost good for me There's only one thing(not from hotel but from other people stay in this hotel): When I sleep in midnight, there's always so many people creating loud noise, and even nock your door times and times again. Really annoying. I know it is hard to control from hotel side, but if possible, I hope your hotel could control it a little bit. Thanks. Jane January 1, 2014

Overall, the experience was good and we were all very pleasant with this stay. The room was clean and spacious, quiet at night and comfortable. Since it was my mother's birthday, the hotel offered some birthday surprise for her. We appreciated the good service and friendliness of all the staff in the hotel, and I would like to express my gratitude to Ms Anthea So, for her patience and helpfulness when handling the birthday arrangements. One only bad thing was that the hotel lobby was too crowded and noisy. December 29, 2013

My wife blamed our casino's losses to the bad luck associated with this incident. Apparently, sensitivevirty of the card was an issue,but the inconvenience caused to us at midnight was both upsetting and embarassing. I start to wonder if the room is haunted. Also many Holiday Inn worldwide has this offer. Moreover, the shower tub is fixed on the wall and cannot be taken off which makes a little bit inconvenient. December 22, 2013

The beds are really comfy and it's incredibly convenient to simply walk down to the casino and grab a bite! We will definitely be back! I miss it already! I was having a comfortable stay as I received a great service from the Front Office and Housekeeping staff. Staff were very helpful especially the Concierge Team who gives you the right directions!!! The room is big with full facilitates - great impression. The coffee shop in the lobby has great surrounding. WiFi is everywhere, including the room, with good signal. The hotel is in the middle of the Macao Cotal Central where you can shop, eat and visit other hotels within easy walking distance. There is no need to catch a taxi to go to the CBD area - you can get everything and try out all types of restaurant around the hotel complex. LOCATION is great!!! November 22, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 2nd stay This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. The room is still very nice and relaxed. However the lobby / lift area had a strong smell of smoke which destroyed me. I really hope there is more shuttle bus route than only ferry terminals & boarder gate and more frequent. Also it's hard to catch a taxi as the drivers will offer a high price instead of using meters. November 20, 2013
