I have booked the room via IHG app by i-phone around 6-7 pm, and I did arrive the hotel around 10 pm on same day. When I checked in at hotel front desk, they didn't find my reservation in their system, and let me wait until they got the booking message from the reservation centre..., i argue with the, and they said they have no way to verify the confirmation of my booking, even I already given them my confirmation number shown on my phone, after almost 15-20 mins, they finally make another new reservation to me (which means I can go back to my room T_T), and request me sending a Email to their hotel manager to cancel the previous booking, and that's why I haven't got any points from this booking... anyway, I hope your hotel can fix this problem, and make sure do not make this happen again... it doesn't make sense..

I was particularly impressed with the check-in and check-out service because it was quick and painless. Maybe it is also because I was attended to by the same personnel who was quite efficient, pleasant and patient in addressing my queries. However, it would have been good to have more English channels since there are still guests who go to Macau not to gamble but to just relax in the privacy of their rooms. And perhaps maybe more perks for IHG members also.
