Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good stay at holiday inn, Macau i booked for 2 double beds room which is suit to my family with 4 members. the bed id soft and comfy, and the distance from the hotel to the tourist spot not so far away too. Other than that, there is a nearby bus stand for us to travel around in Macau. there is also has free shuttle bus travels from jetty and the hotel. however, there is no free shuttle bus from border gate to the hotel. overall, I would rate I have a good stay here with my family members. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Executive club I was upgraded to Executive Club floor but was told also that I can not use the Executive lounge. Why bother to upgrade me in the first place? It is like to upgrade your passenger on a flight to business class but would not serve him the proper meal? Whoever create such a rule should be fired! April 13, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by value for money the room was bright,spacious,clean.in particular, there was heating in the room which are hardly available in other similiar hotels . macau is wet in winter ,it can be unbearable when temperature is low. one item i am not satisfy is the towels in toilet was not breached .
