I arrived at 1am from an international commute and was informed there was no hot water until at least 7am - I need to be at work at 7am. I was given no alternative ways of showering except for a cold shower or boil a kettle and use the sink. Given the rate I paid - this was completely unsatisfactory. It was a schedule bit of maintenance which means the hotel knew about it well in advance. As I made my booking around a month ago and combined with the fact I am a diamond member of the IHG group of hotels - you would think a little courtesy would be in order - like let me know in advance of the routine maintenance and offer me the choice of booking somewhere else. I understand that most people arrive before 1am and the water was turned off at 10pm. But still, as a guest paying a decent rate - I expect better, much better. October 3, 2015

The hotel generally meet my expectation but was slightly disappointed to find out the swimming pool was closed due to seasonal maintainence. By the way, I wonder why this hotel is not available for booking from September 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sala de relax Falta mejorar la sala de relax, seria donde esta yacosi es muy pequeño solo para 3 personas. Estaba averiado la zona de yacousi. Tambien la zona de gimnasio falta espacio. La entrada principal falta indicar mejor la zona recepcion. Muy caro la zona de parking, de los coches.. me cobra las horas en fin de semana 18 horas y despues 11 horas a mas con descuento de 25%, la atencion muy desagradable.... September 8, 2015
