Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Handy location, nice, functional hotel. Handily located with good number of rooms but was not noisy. I did not use the dining areas but the menu looked good. Staff were helpful where needed. April 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fab Weekend at the Holiday Inn in Maidenhead We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. When we first arrived I remember thinking that the building looks a little old but the inside of the hotel was lovely, friendly and modern. Our room was large enough for us all and it was clean and tidy. The customer service was excellent; although the hotel was busy, staff were always polite and ready to help with any queries we had. The hotel does lots for kids - when we arrived our children were given a party pack which impressed them and they took advantage of the Wifi in the lounge area. We also used the swimming pool both days we stayed - and it was lovely - which broke the day up. Overall - I would definitely recommendation this hotel - had a great experience and would stay there again. April 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by business clients need invoices When a guest experiences problems its how you respond that is important. blaming the guest for the room not being made up when they complain is not smart. If the system is down and you cant produce the bill but promise to send it via email, then make sure you do what you say you are going to do. don't make the customer chase you for the bill.
