I ALWAYS GET BREAKFEST IN THE USA IF I USE MY POINTS AND SOMETIMES A UPGRADE,I RATHER HAVE BREAKFEST INSTEAD OF 2 WELCOME DRINKS OF THEIR CHOICE

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Service and staff are excellent and do an excellent job of serving their clientele. The one area that they tend to fall a bit short in is the quality of the bathroom facility. However, over all I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again in the future.

This hotel was pretty good. I was traveling on business and it was close to the mall. The food was plentiful on the menu. The buffet was a little bland. The business center only had one usable computer but it did meet my needs. There was a casino on sight which was fun and the beer was cheap.The front staff was good. All in all I would stay again. Carpets could use a cleaning.

Never ever go to this hotel even if you plan to go with points, (10,000) waiters are not polite, hotel rooms are old, air condition is mediocre, food is undercooked, over greasy and not higienic at all.
Worst part is that they treat a PLATINUM ELITE MEMBER AS THEY WOULD DO WITH ANT GUEST
Location is marginal, very ugly part of the city.

The hotel and staff were nice, however, the speculation that you do not get as nice of a room if you stay on points instead of paying was certainly true with this hotel. The first night we paid and were put on the executive floor and the room was very nice with the carpet having no stains. The next day I was suppose to check out then check back in because we were using points for the next 5 nights which is typical when you use both points and pay during the same stay. When I went to do this the lady at the front desk told me I had to switch rooms and even though we asked them when we checked in the first time and they said no we would be in the same room. We went back and forth about it and the lady at the front desk we were dealing with finally told us we could no longer stay in the original room because were using points and no longer paying so we had to move to a not as nice room. The room we moved to was on the third floor and the carpet was all stained up and not as clean. They were also trying to move us to the front of the hotel which was the nosiest, however, they did give us a room on the backside. By the way we are platinum members as well.

I was not recognized as a Priority Club Member, i had to remind the person who checked me in about this fact, otherwise everything was very satisfactory

I was there for a wedding and find out that everybody got a special rate and i ask and all they told me me was .. is to late .. and coming from a corporate world that's not a good answer and maybe if i was told let's see what can we do for you. but nothing was done. the hotel was nice and clean great food but customer service is not there and it's not about the money it's about going the extra step to have a satified guess.

Room service was very good, the food was very good.
Checking in was terrible with a fellow Centeno (last name) I learned the hotel was not very busy but he took one solid hour to find me a room. I asked for one closer to but he gave me one further away from the elevator.
It was a real bad experience and to make it worse, we had to come back to get another type room and it was the furthers to the elevator again. The employee at the counter next to him did not do anything to help despite my loud complain to this man Centeno. Please do not let your new employees at registration take care of your far travelers, the experience is like you do not wish to come back ever again. I kept repeating I had 8 members of my family waiting for us to have lunch at the restaurant but that did not make any difference to the woman and this mand in front desk. Once we were at the dinning room, there were no waiters available to wait on us and finally, after complaining one waiter appeared. I bought $244.40 worth of food including $19.80 for tip for a table of ten (10)and having soft drinks 5 drinks were charged double..
