Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Loud Heating unit, NO microwave. Heating unit in room was too loud to run at night and be able to sleep. No microwave in room. I suppose this was to have you the dinner attached to the hotel. Fitness center was ok but could have better quality machines. November 14, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by room was not good the blinds did not close to shut out the sun in the morning. the room smelled and felt dirty and grungy. the lighting in the room was inconsistent between lamps and overall very poor and dark. it was a terrible room and overall facility. very over priced for such poor quality. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and great service. We were there for my daughters wedding which was 3 minutes from her home. Everything was wonderful and the wedding was great. The room service was spectacular as well as the breakfast served in our room because I was sick with a cold. Everything was wonderful except for my cold. The grounds were beautiful as well. I could have used ice on our floor but that is the only thing we didn't have on the 5th floor. Our understanding was the 4th floor was being renovated. Everything else was supurb. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs help Upon arrival every thing seemed good. Marcie at the desk was bubbly and very professional. First room the HVAC did not work. Called down and they moved me. to another room. Same floor but different set up with HVAC system. This hotel was going through renovation. The new room it worked. But the furnishings were in bad repair. Even though this seemed to be a renovated room. All the lamps were wobbly. By the bed it was glued together. Old style as well. Did not have any plugs at the bedside. Not enough pugs at the desk either. This hotel only did soft goods renovation, but needs case goods as well. Breakfast was good. Food was prepared fast and was OK. One server was overly joyful each morning. Singing in the kitchen and everywhere. It was a bit much and I saw the faces on other customers and they had same expression. Overall, will not go back there again hopefully. October 24, 2015
