Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Service Good Room was clean and ready to arrive. Only negatives I have about the place is communication, which when I made a 6 day stay reservation and canceled a day due to personal reasons, and next day asked for that day back due to weather. Upon checkout noticed the price for that day has gone up. Would of been good for the clerk to advise of price difference due to change of plans at time of request, vice at checkout, just for nothing else save on "price shock" March 31, 2013

Bed was great, service was excellent, and location is convenient. The only negative was the wall unit heater/AC was not producing much hot air despite being turned up into the 80s. March 23, 2013

What a great staff, from Mel in food and bev, Manuel, Jay, at the front desk, all the way up to Rod. Everyone always does their best to make me comfortable. I always feel like everyone is trying to keep me as a loyal customer, as a business owner myself with a staff of 100+ employees I think everyone can take a lesson from Rod and his staff. For half the year you are not a hotel, or the holiday inn for me, Thank you for my second home. January 30, 2013

Overall the hotel has an excellent location, good parking, and the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Major Pro's - Rooms are up to par and not outdated - Beds are confortable - Air in the room actually cooled the room (i find that alot of hotels have air in the room but it doesnt actually give you a nice cold. I personally cant sleep in the heat at all and need an extremely cold room, the AC/FAN worked great and did not cut off like other hotels.# - Most of the staff was extremely friendly and always had a smile on there faces no matter what time of day #i work wierd hours, its nice to have someone asking how you are doing and if they can help at 3am# - The food at the bar is better than expected and I really enjoyed the soups. Major Con's - Breakfast is so/so, nothing to write home about. - Internet #Grrrrrrr) the wireless internet splash page has not been correctly tested with IOS based phone systems, those with iphones might have trouble connecting as the splash page does not load correctly. Besides that IPAD/ANDRIOD/LAPTOP works fine. The speeds were subpar IMO and there was a good amount of network conjestion even on off peak hours. - Bar Tender was not friendly at all, i went down every night for dinner at the bar, and the guy was just angry, the entire time. The first night i thought it was a fluke but it was the same angry face every day. I have noticed this in past visits as it is always the same person tending the bar at night. I would stay here again and most likely will in the next few months. Hope the review helped others visiting the area. January 22, 2013

The staff was super helpful to my wife and I and made it much easier to deal with my illness. We stayed an extra night and they were so helpful! January 2, 2013

It was a great location just off the main road which made it very quiet. The room was good and clean and the wi-fi signal excellent. It was a really good location and would highly recommend it. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unpleasant manager I had an overall good experience, our room was ready when we got there, it was clean and was a nice room. However, upon arrival, I believe it was a manager that checked us in and he was not a very personable person. He did not great me as a rewards member. And all he focused on was the survey and that unelss we give 10's for everything he will lose his job. He did not care about anything else other than the survey and it was a very odd experience. Everything else was great but the man that greated us was not the type of person I would want to be the first impression of my hotel. December 3, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Buffet Breakfast The hotel was nice and the free hot breakfast buffet was great. My grandchildren were down for Thanksgiving and like to go swimming. This is why I booked the hotel for a night. The hotel said it had a indoor heated pool; but that was not so on the night of November 24th when we were there. The pool area was so cold I had goose bumps. This was around 4:00 PM. The water in the pool was as cold as a river. I called the front desk and he said he could not do anything himself; but would call maint. no one came and we were there couple hours in the hot tub. I left and we went to dinner came back another couple of hours and there was no change to the pool; still cold as ever. Took the children upstairs. I will not stay there again with the children because they were upset they could not get in the pool. November 30, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Manassas Holiday Inn This hotel is very average. Although the building is new, the breakfast was very poor. The quality and variety of food offered was poor. The room was nice, however being next to highway 66, the noise was a problem for proper rest. The hotel was not near (walking distance) any other restaurants. Since I did not have a car, this limited my options for finding food for dinner. One last item. There are no lids on the toilet seats. This is offensive, to me, and not what I would expect from a quality hotel. November 26, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good experience We stopped by the Manassas Holiday Inn en route to Baltimore Md. We had gotten a late start and arrived after 9:30PM so other than beds and breakfast, we didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities that the hotel offers. The most important thing to note is the speed at which we were checked in. It took less than a minute from walking in the door to us having our room keys in hand. We were tired and were able to hit the pillow very quickly. October 29, 2012

Our room was beautiful, very clean and neat. We slept great on our king size bed. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food. The room price was great.
