Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good experience overall The overall experience was good but there are a few things that could improve the experience: entirely too dark in the room! No overhead bright light as you walk in. no closet light at all! that was very dark! I think there should be another piece of furniture higher up to lay ones suitcase on. didn't like that bathroom door shuts automatically. Shower good. Bed good! And this was a problem for many people in our wedding party: door keys did not work, you had to really keep sliding the keys to finally get a green light! ALL STAFF were fabulous! October 1, 2015

The hotel staff was very friendly and worked with my family in order to make sure we had everything set up for guests when they arrived and for after the wedding was over. The rooms were clean and spacey. I believe that our guests enjoyed their time in the hotel. September 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Property! I stayed at this property because it was close to my office and had rooms available. It was very easy to access off I-66 and even though it butts up to I-66, it is very quiet. Upon checking in, I was greeted with a smile by the front desk staff. He thanked me for being an IHG member and my check in was seamless. He also informed me that my room rate included a breakfast buffet every morning and he informed me what time breakfast begins. The next morning, I went down to the front desk to get my breakfast coupon. The front desk staff were both very friendly and gave me my coupon after checking the info on my room. I then proceeded to the restaurant and was greeted immediately by John who said I could sit anywhere I prefer and then asked what I would like to drink. I ordered a glass of orange juice and a to go cup of coffee. John then asked me if I wanted a to go box for my food, which I declined and said that I would be eating in. John brought my OJ and coffee immediately and also checked on me periodically. After my day, I'd come in and the front desk staff greeted me with a smile. For the next 3 days, I would have my routine: stop by the desk to get my breakfast coupon and then would be asked by Yeselia in the breakfast area "Orange juice and a to go coffee?" Honestly, that is wonderful customer service!!! However, I think the day I checked out caused Yeselia to pause a bit as I said "Orange juice and a coffee here" instead of my normal to go coffee. Checkout was easy. Overnight, the staff put a paid receipt under my door, so I could just leave, but out of courtesy, I stopped by the front desk to let them know I had vacated my room so that housekeeping can start on it for the next guest. Katie was at the front desk and like always, she greeted me with a wonderful smile and "Good morning." I know that Katie also had a quick turnaround because she had worked the night before and then was there bright and early the next morning. From Katie's demeanor, one would never know that she had a quick turnaround and most likely got less than 6 hours of sleep. This is a wonderful property that I highly recommend. September 28, 2015
