Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A bit too pricey While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, there was only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed to read. Most Holiday Inns provide coffee and tea in the room; this hotel charged for even a cup of tea in your room. The meals in the restaurant were good for Brazil standards, but way too expensive for the quality. Very nice pool on the roof. June 17, 2013

Access to the superb bus service is a plus. The staff are willing to assist and respond readily to inquiries. A more diverse meal service would be welcome. May 29, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by BAD internet I have to say this hotel has the worst internet I have ever experienced in an hotel. This hotel is located in an industrial zone and I´m sure that most of its customers are there for business, therefore high speed internet is a must. When I questioned the staff about it, they gave me a excuse that there are some clients that use more than one electronic device at the same time and that slows the red due to the size of bandwidth, that is no answer, it should be complete transparent to me, if they know customers use more than one device they should have a better platform to suit the customer needs. Very displeased. May 26, 2013
