Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by probably the worst in the group An.arrogant and complacent management allow the continued poor service at this bed and breakfast. I have probably stayed over 200 times,at IHG and quite a few in this establishment. Check.in.was poor, room service again.would not answer phone. Reception ate extremely unwilling to help, and frankly rude, when.phones divert to them. Waiter brought food to room and said he was delighted to be on.his last day as it was a terrible place. He dropped a glass of wine on.my.floor and none of his colleagues would bring him another. So I had cold food soaked in.wine left for twenty minutes. I asked the receptionist to get a manager to call.me. They have my details. What's odd? They never called. Do.not stay here. Awful in every way. September 8, 2014

You are located by the lowry shopping center and media city. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms very well decorated with a mirror and good lightening ! Off site car parking in multi story £7.50 for 24 hours September 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Hotel The hotel appears to be very new and therefore some building work was ongoing in relation to the Lounge Bar however this was communicated perfectly well on arrival and the 'temporary' location was also pointed out and was more than adequate for our weekend needs. The staff were consumate in their professional attitudes and at the same time extremely personable, overall an outstanding stay in the outskirts of Manchester. August 31, 2014

When alterations are being carried out ,customers should be informed in advance and the price should reflect this. The makeshift bar/lounge area was exactly that, makeshift.! August 31, 2014

Excellent Breakfast in attractively furnished dining area. Only drawback was finding the car park entrance which took a while-it is in the multi-story above Bookers and then you need to decide what Long and Short term stay means. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent again The staff are one of the hotel's assets. From the front desk to the restaurant the staff are very attentive . Special mention to Luke and Vincent in the dining room and Vincent's team ,they are excellent in their roles. The one and only negative is that Reds have lost on both occasions when I have stayed here, I'm sure the hotel would try to offer a solution if it were in their remit. I have booked again for the 27th September I hope the result on the pitch is as positive as the experience received at the hotel. Well done to all and keep up the good work. August 28, 2014
