Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Hotel, Poor Staff We stayed at this hotel for a K-State Football game. We went to our room about 11:30 pm for the night. At 2:00 am we were woke up by a noisy group in the hall. Not a big deal, until that noisy group went to the room next to ours. After calling the front desk to have them confront the people (vs. me), the "security guy" knocked on my door at 2:15 am and asked "do you have a problem"? As he is asking me this, you can hear the "fun" coming from the room next door. Needless to say, I was probably not happy. However, the "security guy" walked off, not doing a thing. I called back to the front desk (again, I am sure I was not the most pleasant), and demanded that they take care of the issue. The next knock on our door (at 2:45 am) was the Riley County Police (FOUR OFFICERS). They informed me that we have been asked to leave!!! Still, you can hear the group next door!!! I was not sure who I was more upset with RCPD or the Hotel! However, the issue should never have been handled the way it was handled. I tell this story to whoever will listen and i hear the same reaction every time..."disbelief"!! But, believe me, i was in disbelief at 3:00 am as we drove away! TRUE STORY! September 22, 2014

They were able to point me in the right direction of local eateries and acknowledged me every time I walked by the desk. I will be sure to stay here again every time I am in Manhattan, KS and will be recommending to all of my friends and family. It is hard to come by hotels that have a great customer service staff. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience for the Price Internet: The internet was spotty, and most of the people I knew had to create Hot Spots from their phones for Internet. Restaurant: The restaurant in the Hotel is absolutely poor. We were seated by the Hostess, and 10 minutes of sitting in the middle of the Restaurant (with a Child) and nothing. We left and no one knew we left. We had to go down to the restaurant to order room service because someone left the phone off the hook. Service: We asked the receptionist for 4 towels, the service professional brought us 2 towels. Our keys did not work when we arrived. Parking is limited. Rate: The rates were really expensive. You are paying for location and that is it. September 8, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by What Just Happened Night one- Another guest urinated on my door and tried to break into my room at 4 a.m. Staff comped my breakfast that I couldn't wake up for because I was up all night dealing with the situation. Night 2: Bachelorette party across the hall got a little loud. I put head phones in and went to sleep. Hotel staff woke me up at 3 a.m. and told me to "pipe down"...i was sleeping.
