The internet was spotty, and most of the people I knew had to create Hot Spots from their phones for Internet.
The restaurant in the Hotel is absolutely poor. We were seated by the Hostess, and 10 minutes of sitting in the middle of the Restaurant (with a Child) and nothing.
We left and no one knew we left.
We had to go down to the restaurant to order room service because someone left the phone off the hook.
We asked the receptionist for 4 towels, the service professional brought us 2 towels.
Our keys did not work when we arrived.
Parking is limited.
The rates were really expensive. You are paying for location and that is it.

Night one- Another guest urinated on my door and tried to break into my room at 4 a.m. Staff comped my breakfast that I couldn't wake up for because I was up all night dealing with the situation.
Night 2: Bachelorette party across the hall got a little loud. I put head phones in and went to sleep. Hotel staff woke me up at 3 a.m. and told me to "pipe down"...i was sleeping. The party was across the hall.

This hotel is great, don't get me wrong but the way they treat customers is a little upsetting. I booked a room for a football game weekend back in February at a pretty high rate as is expected with game weekends. I recently looked at rooms for that exact weekend and they are averaging $27 per night cheaper. Obviously I wanted to get the better deal so I called customer service and to see if it were possible to change this rate but they would not budge. I go to this property multiple times throughout the year and am a platinum member but that obviously has no merit. I just can't believe they will not give the lower listed rate. I guess I am being punished for booking my room months in advance.

Staff was great
Room was OVERPRICED
The bothroom was too small and the door opened right into the tub and stool.

The nicest hotel staff around. From the time you check in until you leave, the staff honestly cares about making your experience there the best. Rooms are always clean, and plenty of space to work.

Overall the experience was good. The hotel was very chic and modern which gave it a fun feel. The other issue I had was with the breakfast at the restaurant. I've been to other Holiday Inn's and there was a complimentary continental breakfast. This should have been complimentary because the food was not good. When we arrived for breakfast there were limited offerings and most of the serving dishes were empty. Food was not well seasoned and there was little variety. It wasn't worth the price. We wound up spending nearly $30 for two people and still left hungry.
