The restaurant, however, was over priced and my meals on three different nights were bland and described better than they tasted. And, if you order a bottle of beer, expect to pay for the entire six-pack.. April 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Remodel We've stayed at this hotel many times while visiting family and it's always been a nice hotel. The new remodel, however, makes it even nicer. It's nice to stay some place that looks like it cares about it's property. And the best part is that I don't think the prices even went up! It's in a great location, close to stores etc for last minute needs and has a great pool to boot. The staff is always friendly too and they were very accommodating. We'll continue to make this our place to stay when coming to Manitowoc! April 9, 2015

Staff was very friendly rooms were nice and comfortable restaurant had good for and the bar was nice to sit back and relax. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay, Some Issues Great rate for business stay. Good rooms and very easy to check/out and make reservations. However, there are a few issues with the hotel. The tables in the lobby are always dirty (bottles laying out and leftover food left for days). Also, the restaurant is understaffed and is very slow which makes it difficult to get meals before meetings/events. Lastly. their small (in-house) coffee shop has had issues with their equipment for months which only allows customers to purchase very limited items. Id recommend but they still need to do a few things before I can consider them to be an efficient & productive hotel, business speaking. April 6, 2015
