Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sorry, Can't Come Back If No Changes Upside - Staff was attentive and helpful. Rooms clean and nicely kept. I had a refrigerator and microwave in my room, with an outside balcony. Restaurant was good, with nice buffet breakfast in the morning and evening bar and dinner service. Downside - As a business traveler, I need to use the wireless network supplied by the hotel as I need to work during the off hours. The routers here were inconsistent, and signal would go in and out. I did have a air card to connect, but the cell signal was poor as well. I travel to Mansfield for work at various times and will need to look elsewhere unless the wireless internet system is upgraded and replaced. In addition, I cannot recommend my colleagues as well. I think this will be simple fix that will benefit the hotel in the future. September 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room nice staff Came down to Foxboro to visit family, they suggested this place. Room was very clean, mattress was great. The only real problem was the door sticks, must have been painted and not left to dry! Hot tub was very cold, pool area could use some work. Bar was cute, staff friendly. Staff at the front desk were very nice. we will come back, the hotel is located at a great place! September 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected Great Hotel I used to think Holiday Inn, standard hotel no bells and whistles, till I re-tried the hotel when I went to Mansfield. As I entered into the hotel I was blown away with the appearance, they made it feel like I was outside in a tropical area with the way walkways and plants were set up. As I entered in the room, there were not many outlets and there was no microwave but the room was large enough and so was the bathroom. The best part about the room was it had a balcony that over-looked the hotel with the "scenic" view, set with a table and chairs it was so quaint. It made you feel like you were in a city it was loud, but in a good way. However, if you close the door you could hear nothing. The bed was THE BEST bed I have slept in in a hotel in a while. I wanted to take the sheets and pillows, I am on a mission to find out where they get their bedding! I want to find a trip to stay here again! September 12, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very friendly staff. This hotel was very easy to get to from Gillett stadium. It was very clean. The pool was nice, but could have been a little cleaner. The room was nice, but the bathtub drained very slowly. The breakfast was a good deal. Overall nice place, with very friendly staff. September 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at Mansfield Holiday Inn This was my second visit in under one year to this hotel. This time I found the hotel very noisy (air conditioning systems, ice machines, coke machines, water features in lobby) and did not get any good or relaxing sleep. Did have a room change, but it did not resolve the noise levels too much. Hotel looked and felt tired and worn, needs a good refurbishment, more modern appearance, improved lighting, especially in the bedroom (very poor). Wifi in bedroom did not work at all (tried two different machines), and just about got a signal in the lounge area. Business Centre PCs, one broken, the other not linking to the internet for an unknown reason. Staff very friendly and helpful. September 6, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by another comformist hotel This was one of the few hotels in the Boston area that accepted Smokers as valued guests. No more. The rules have changed without notice to customers already booked smoking rooms. The hotel is due for renovation, out dated furniture, A/C system, carpeting. September 5, 2014
