Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My experience was terrible 1st off after arriving for the their very late 3pm check in time something going on because I had to wait 45 minutes to check in. Upon entering my room I noticed at 1st that the room was filthy as in not cleaned from the previous people that stayed there! I had to go back to the front counter and wait to speak to the manager. He changed my room and took $30 off the bill and also fixed the fact that breakfast was supposed to be included with the package but all this took over an hour! The rest of my stay was fine. The 2nd room was clean, beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed the pool and breakfast. 2 days later I look at my CC statement and I notice that I had 2 charges from the Holiday Inn, 1 from when I booked the room but then they charged me again at the discounted rate! I have been in touch with the hotel and now the corporate office multiple times. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since my stay there and I have still not been refunded! As a matter of fact the corporate office tells me I have to wait longer for the hotel to respond. Why??? May 20, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience We were in Foxboro for a basketball tournament and the Holiday Inn was literally a minute from our venue, which was perfect. Initially I was given a room that wasn’t going to work due to the construction, but once I spoke to the Front Desk they were able to change my room, which was perfect. I couldn’t believe the size of the room, it was huge. The whole basketball team and their parents were able to fit in the room, which made for a great evening. The breakfast was fresh and the service was great. I was totally recommend the Holiday Inn in Foxsboro, MA May 16, 2016

Free local shuttle van is nice service. Motel is being remodeled and updated. Plenty of warm water for showers and bed is new. May 3, 2016

My son went swimming in the pool with a friend who was also staying in the evening and again in the morning. It was a nice pool area in an indoor courtyard area. Overall a nice relaxing stay.
