My first room had a lock that was not functional. I called as I arrived around 9:30 and said that I could not stay where I could not lock the door. They indicated they would send someone up. 10:30-11 I called again as I wanted to go to sleep...it had been a long drive. THey said they did not think maintenance was there (like this was never reported). Finally a wonderful gentle man (Erick I believe) came to my room and established the lock did not work as I had initially reported. He then got them to move me to another room. HE was fantastic and very appologetic. I moved to 608. There the key did not work for him. They asked him if the light was red or green? Really? He ran down and got another key and that night was good. The second day the key did not work and my collegue's keys did not work. Same with the third. When going by the front desk on Saturday I overheard the clerk say "there are no other rooms available tonight so we can't move you. Probably my first room with the unrepaired lock. Not sure why a large chain would allow such shoddy maintenance of their property. Locks are number one when traveling......said everyone!
I was there for 3 days and the kleenex was gone the first day...no refill. small problem but bad impression.

My husband and I stayed here and were very pleased. From the time we stepped into the hotel until we left everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was good although there could have been more of a choice to pick from for the free breakfast. Our stay was great and very welcoming!

The elevators never worked in the time we were there. Our room was on the third floor and we had to walk up and down stairs every time. The staff was nice enough, but they couldn't really do anything about the elevators. Everything in the hotel seems old and run down and the stairways that we had to use were very creepy and dirty--concrete unfinished. I was with two teenage daughters and it was very uncomfortable. Plus, the location of the hotel itself was less than desirable. The rooms have the old ceiling tiles in them, which also left us feeling uncomfortable. All in all, I would only stay here as the literal last possible choice.

Came in for the Tough Mudder, and I couldn't have been happier with the stay. The pool and hot tub area was nice. The bar was perfect to relax in and the food was fantastic. Room was clean and had no problems sleeping!

Being a platinum member I found it odd that I was placed into a handicapped accessible room while not being handicapped. Also because of the limited counter space in the bathroom the coffee make was placed in one of the nightstands and I did not realize it until I checked out

We were in town to attend a wedding. The staff was courteous and helpful. We had an issue getting into our room as our key card was not working. The front desk staff contacted Maintenance and they were prompt and helpful. The problem was corrected and we had no further problem. The only dislike we had was that we found the bed to be a bit hard causing us not to sleep as well as we would have liked. Other than that we had a good stay.
