Had a nice experience in staying here. In a good location within walking distance from downtown. Will likely stay again next time I'm in Mansfield.

Nice room with very good front desk help.
Nice breakfast service and foods.
A little disappointed that the Business-Center computers were not in operation at the time I was there and the whirlpool and pancake oven were also out of order. These were small things but they do affect one's overall stay-experience.
Maybe a little over-priced for a one-night stay.

We had a wonderful experience when we checked in. the man at the counter went full tilt to make us feel welcome and appreciated. It went down hill from there.
We went to our room and unpacked. Went to bed and were watching HBO when the room next door was obnoxiously loud. We turned up the TV and could still hear them. We turned it down, called the desk clerk and found out that "a decision maker" had allowed these young people to use the room next door. WE HAD TO MOVE. So, we packed up everything, and moved to another room. Once there, we unpacked everything and then when we finally got back into bed, the HBO wasn't working in that room.
We finally said to heck with it. We decided to get showered and turn in for the night. The room was equipped for handicapped individuals. The shower head would not stay at the higher level so at 6'1, I had to use one hand to hold the shower head and the other to wash.
If the service from the desk person had been passed through the rest of our stay, we would of rated this an 11 out of 10, but instead this has left a really bad taste in our mouths and the hotel we planned to stay at for our vacation is being changed.

I stayed at this hotel while passing through. The hotel and staff was outstanding when i got there.
I reserved the room via IHG Website and that was the first mistake. Horrible service via phone.
I arrived at hotel and night clerk didnt have the check in stuff ready for me. I got to room and the key didnt work for the room.
It was a real nice hotel but i experienced issues the last 2 Holiday Inns that I stayed at.

Hotel met expectations of Holiday Inn standard but service really made the stay special. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and had a few drinks in the bar. The staff was very attentive and the food quality and value were good.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My husband and myself stayed as a short getaway after our wedding because we were unable to go anywhere due to job schedules. Also, several of our wedding guests stayed and said the same things about their experience. I plan to stay again soon! Thank you

Upon check in walking down hall to room it smelled like canibus. Ate in hotel restaurante second night and spent most of night in bathroom. Everynight filled with sounds of traffic and sirens. House keeping did not empty trash or replenish bathroom supplies during the entire stay.....during the morning of checkout had a woman who was in the hotel lobby follow me into the dimly lit parking lot and first ask me for a ride and then ask me for money...worst stay in a long time too many changes would have to happen for me to ever stay at this one again!!!!!!!

Beverly greeted me with a smile and checked me in quickly. She is the reason why I stayed and had breakfast! The breakfast burrito was the best!!
