Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bpjs We stayed here for or 28th Anniversary Celebration- I have stayed at this location for work so I knew about it. My wife got tickets for a Melissa Manchester concert at the Renascence Center- guess what? Next door, so we walked there. I made our reservation on line using my Priority Club points. Called and asked for an upgrade- got a king Jacuzzi suite I feel I was given a gift here. When I checked in I asked about a very nice Restaurant that we could go to other than the hotel- I was directed to a very nice place just down the street- that was fantastic! This area of Mansfield has a very nice park area and was also a great place to take a walk. I don't normally do reviews for the places that I stay at- just because if they want me to fill one out- pay me to do it. I feel the Staff at this Hotel went above and beyond their call of duty! Needless to say my wife felt she was treated like a Queen, which she is! Thanks for a Great Time! December 11, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and service We were at the hotel over Thanksgiving weekend, and the staff could not have made us feel more welcome. Isaiah was absolutely wonderful. He went out of his way to help us and our family and to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Josh was also very hospitable. We looked forward to seeing one of them as we came and went and they always had a cheerful word and went the extra step in so many ways. The price is just average but the room layout was perfect for us. The only negative I can think of were the uncomfortably shaped fat pillows on the beds. The hotel may want to consider providing choices or more comfortable ones (we got neck aches). In the meantime, we'll be back for sure; we'll just bring our own pillows. We hope to see Isaiah next time, and would be glad to see Josh again also. December 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed my Stay My experience at this hotel was amazing. I was traveling for work and stayed at this hotel for a long period of time. When I first checked in Isiah was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The staff was always very friendly and willing to assist. My work schedule had me coming into the hotel late into the evening and every evening either Rachel or Beverly were there to greet me with a smile. Because of the late hours I was coming in I would see the Security Guard Arick as well. He is a very nice man and made sure I made it into the hotel safely. This is an amazing staff at this hotel and I have recommended to my company that we use this hotel when we are in this town in the future. November 12, 2014
