Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed my Stay My experience at this hotel was amazing. I was traveling for work and stayed at this hotel for a long period of time. When I first checked in Isiah was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The staff was always very friendly and willing to assist. My work schedule had me coming into the hotel late into the evening and every evening either Rachel or Beverly were there to greet me with a smile. Because of the late hours I was coming in I would see the Security Guard Arick as well. He is a very nice man and made sure I made it into the hotel safely. This is an amazing staff at this hotel and I have recommended to my company that we use this hotel when we are in this town in the future. November 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay While driving through towards the hotel, the area was not looking so nice, but once we arrived at the downtown area, everything looked much better. The hotel staff was friendly and was able to provide answers to my many questions. The bartender was top of the line. If you stay at the hotel be sure to go down and have a drink at the bar and chat with him. November 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff From entering the hotel, I was very well treated, in fact, I believe the staff helped me more than usual. I had assistance getting to my room and then the room was checked to see if I had all amentities. The tv worked, the heat was set and the lights all worked. Very good service even checked records to see whether I was enrolled in the Priority Club - unable to find my previous number so opened a new account for me. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great appearance, avoid upper floors The appearance of this hotel was very nice. My room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were also very friendly when they saw me in the hallway. My difficulty was with not being able to close the curtain on my 6th floor room that overlooked the parking lot. The curtain rod only covered a foot of the window and sheer curtains covered the rest. This let in a lot of light at night. If you stay here - ask what kind of window coverings will be on your room and request one with full window coverings if having a dark room is important to you.
