Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 2 dirty rooms I usually don't leave reviews, but this is an exception. My husband and I stayed in this Holiday Inn expecting it to be 4 stars. I will say the service and people we talked to were extremely friendly, but the room cleanliness I would give a 0 if I could. We checked in, went to our room to find hair on the bed, in the tub, and feces on the toilet seat. I travel regularly and have only asked for another room once, but there's no way I would have been able to sleep in this room comfortably. We went and asked to be moved rooms. The front desk was very apologetic and switched rooms with no questions asked. When we got to our next room we looked at each other and knew it would be bad because the newspaper that was delivered the day before was still laying on the floor in front of the door like it wasn't even cleaned prior to our arrival. We went in and the same thing as the first room, hairs on the bed, a dirty microwave, a freezer that needed thawed out and looked molded, a tub that wouldn't drain, the floor in the bathroom couldn't have been swept, and a dirty mirror in the bathroom. I have come to the conclusion that both rooms were on the 6th floor and maybe the cleaner ran out of time so he/she just made the beds and refilled the soaps. I will say the breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly. If the hotel would get new cleaners I would have given it a 5 star, but instead they get a 2. September 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Staff! I stay at a different property every week. I travel ALOT (too much). This was one of the top ten properties I have stayed at. What made it very pleasurable was the staff. Especially Issiah. He made it feel like I was a regular and treated me as such. I hope this gets to Issiah's manager and would like to commend them for retaining such an awesome caring employee. August 30, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to sleep. The hotel just appears to be a little dated and not the friendliest of locations. Not as up to date as other Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed in the past. Was also disappointed to find there was no continental breakfast. I usually pay a little higher at HIE to utilize the free breakfast. August 26, 2015
