The staff will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, not only to the hotel, but also to the city itself.
The bed and pillow made for the most comfortable stay I have had in a hotel in a long long time!

I am extremely disappointed after a long day of travel getting to my hotel and the desk clerk did not thank me for being a platinum member then I learned that my status does not reward me to get a single breakfast coupon. Why stay at this hotel when they do not award their best customers.

I was traveling up to Cleveland when snow forced my family to pull off the road in Mansfield. We decided to stay 2 nights, and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very accommodating. I was greeted as a Platinum member, and given an upgrade.
The room was nice. The TV channel selection was great, ~70 channels. My children really enjoyed the pool, which was at a perfectly not hot or cold temperature. And I enjoyed the hot tub.
The only thing they could work on was putting more towels in the pool area, but if you bring your own down from the room, and we had plenty, it isn't an issue.

Interternet dropped a lot. Had to always switch routers to get it back.

While on an extended stay for work the staff in all departments was always helpful. The only complaint that i really have is that the Internet is Terrible. I think this needs to be addressed especially when people rely on it. To be competitive with other hotels, sometimes this can make a big difference on staying here again.
