Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I suspect understaffed for busy weekend I'm a Platinum Priority Club member and usually have very good experiences at Holiday Inn hotels. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel had problems. The staff was professional and worked hard, but there seemed to be too few staff to handle the full hotel. As a result the rooms were ready late, the pool ran out of towels, and the restaurant service was slow. Additional annoyances included no soap in my bathroom and a fruit bowl that looked nothing like the awesome picture of various fruits on the menu, but contained only melon squares. May 17, 2016

Great on Site Restaurant - had dinner and breakfast twice. No Free Breakfast at this location which would have changed my choice for Mansfield had I known this in advance, otherwise a very nice Holiday Inn in the heart of Downtown Mansfield Area. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel Great hotel and staff, and would definitely repeat. The hamburger at the bar/restaurant was outstanding with wonderful flavor. Wireless is unsecured and signal strength varies and is relatively slow, but for email checking and some light browsing is acceptable. More importantly, the connection was reliable and did not drop or freeze. Mini-bar refrigerator does not have a freezer section for re-freezing cooler packs, but ice will last a long time. In-room coffeemaker is fast and makes a good strong cup.. May 11, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality Suite and great service Personnel at Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Mansfield, Ohio were very professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful. The suite in which I stayed was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. Thanks to their personnel the conference went smoothly. The food was good. Did not eat lunch there as this particular hotel is not open for lunch. All the rest of the meals were excellent. April 27, 2016
