Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Best, But not the worst There were some issues with the stay, like not enough bathroom linens for the guests in the room, not having working appliances in the room, and having to call the front desk for hours with multiple room visits to get issues resolved. The kids had a blast as long as they could stand the cold in the pool and the little time they had in the arcade before all the machines started going out of order and had to close. January 28, 2015

There was no where to enter my priority club number so I could pay for my room with points, so I put it in the comment field. I got to the hotel & they said I had to call IHG. So I did & it was THE WORST customer service experience of my life! Lone story short, I called and talked to Sam, she put me on hold & hung up on me. I called back & talked to Sally & she hung up on me. I Called back and got hung up on two more times. I had given a lady named Sally my phone # to call me back if I got disconnected & she didn't! I finally was able to talk to someone & they were completely rude and unhelpful! They said I was not able to use my points & there was nothing they could do about it. I wasn't able to use my points & didn't get anything comped. I wasted an hour of my life & have never felt so disrespected and irate in my entire life! What good is being a priority club member (a platinum member nonetheless!) if I can't use my points! I am still on fire about the whole situation & I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worst hotel experience ever the hotel ran my card threw so many times for various amounts that were not even my charges that my bank froze my accounts for fraud protection. the bed was terrible the Continental breakfast they charged 10$ additional to each person staying at the hotel. the pool area was too loud and the whole hotel was dirty feeling. the refrigerator in the room did not work. and the customer service staff was horrible made my family feel unwanted. and for the price of my room i should not have to endure these things i will never stay there again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience The service was fantastic here, the food was great and the rooms were very comfortable. The price was also very reasonable for what you get. We did the family fun saver and kids 12 and under ate free at the breakfast buffet with a paid adult, the food was good and reasonably priced, the fun saver came with a large pizza and pitcher of pop which we had room service deliver, the pizza was very good and very hot. The pool area was well staffed with lifeguards and the play areas were good. The staff was very helpful, always smiling. I would recommend this for families. I think the only negative comment I would have is the elevators were very slow and one was out of service a couple of times. January 15, 2015
