Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Pleased Stopped due to icey weather. Made reservation on line Room was dirty, beds were rumpled. ( Outdated ) Heat and Tv did not work properly. Let early in morning due to cold room. Front desk said they were aware of heat and Tv issue. Would not recommend this place at all. February 2, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Low quality mattress and poor dining service I travel 80% and stay at HI's frequently. This older hotel was updated however, the mattress was low grade. One of the most important part of a hotel room is to get a good nights rest right? Not on a springy mattress that was quite dirty underneath when I lifted it. Checked out early and went to another hotel. Had dinner at the hotel. Took 45 minutes to get our apps and another 45 to get our main course. This was obviously the wattresses fault as the food was only slightly warm when delivered. Won't stay here again. December 3, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by would not stay at property again Furnishings were up to date. Building needs to be replaced or refurbished. Ordered food at in house resturant. Asked for burger well done. Burger was raw and fries and soup was cold upon takeout back to room. Sewer smell in room bath. Would not stay at property again. p.s. Excellent morning breakfast! Loved it! October 24, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy access from freeway Got there late after a long days drive. Easy in and out to freeway. Ordered pizza from the grill and yuck... but it was edible and the staff was friendly. Mattress could use replaced, but all was clean. Very nice outdoor pool area. Golf course behind the property made for a nice window view from the back of the hotel. October 24, 2012

I have stayed at many newer Holiday Inn properties and really like the new modern look and added amenities for the Holiday Inn. However, this hotel did not have any of the new amenities. The only new item it had was the new sign outside. The inside was dark and dreary, it smelled of smoke and the bar and restaurant looked like it had not been updated since the 70's. I will continue to use the Holiday Inn but not in Marietta October 16, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs updating and cleaning Property is old, worn out and dirty. Parking lot is full of mud from all of the frackers who stay here. Breakfast hostess does not acknowledge you or even offer you a glass a water - yet there are signs all over requesting tips. Haha October 10, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortunate Bachelorette Party Going On........ Although I normally do like to stay at this Holiday Inn, this stay was quite different. We checked in on a Friday night and we were very comfortable, the beds were comfy and my children and I slept great! We went to visit relatives all day on Saturday and arrived back to the hotel around 11:00 p.m. Unfortunately, there was a bachelorette party going on in the room next to us. When they all starting smoking, the smoke filled up my NON smoking room. The entire hallway was labeled as non smoking. Then we could hear the male stripper talking about, well let's just keep it clean here and say, his "junk" and what it was doing. So my kids and I checked out at 11:30 p.m. and drove 5 hours to get home. I was furious! The front desk clerk did refund my entire stay so at least that was helpful. Like I said though, normally this is a nice place to stay but this was very unfortunate. October 7, 2012
