This hotel was quiet and comfortable. There was a restaurant that was attached which was convenient. The restaurant was relaxing and the food was good. Service was also good at the restaurant.

The hallways had no heat and were freezing. Roooms were about 55 degrees when we got there. Could not get a good balance of heat and cold. We were too hot or too cold in the room at all times. The pool was also freezing, something must have been wrong with the heat there as well. We were also subjected to cold showers at random. Considering it was in the teens outside and a foot of snow fell, everyone wanted to be warm. Breakfast was awful both in selection and quality. If you are going to charge for breakfast, offer something worth paying for. Many other hotels do a better free breakfast than this one. Hotel was not staffed properly in the restaurant and bar area. There was 1 guy who was waiting tables and tending bar, probably cooking too. The staff who were present were the brightest spot of this trip. Everyone was pleasant and accomodating.

The place probably suffers from being under staffed.
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during a buisness trip.
On the first night , when I arrived at went to the dinning room to have dinner , I have waited for 10 minutes , to see that the two waiters are ignoring me , no one offered me a seat, so I went and had dinner outside
On the 2nd night I have tried again , to discover that the soup was cold and that I didn't receive that salad that was part of the main course.
Stay away from this hotel !!!

This was a spur of the moment stop over. I am so glad we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn in Marlboro. The price was excellent and being that I am a Holiday Inn Priority Club member we recieved and upgrade to a suite on the first floor. The pool was enjoyable the bar was beautiful and the room was roomy and comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

stayed here for one evening with my husband. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Was convenient to the highway. Did not use any amenities although my husband took advantage of the free breakfast and enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.

My recent stay was great. The person I spoke to on the phone to clarify my reservation, was very helpful. Check in was quick and easy. My room was clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The furnishings were updated as was the bathroom decor.
The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The coffeemaker also didn't work.
A mistake on my bill was quickly and pleasantly corrected.
I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Broken coffee maker in the room and was told to go to the bar to get a cup of coffee. I just wanted a new coffee maker.
Had driven 13 hours to get to the hotel, only to find a high school hockey team playing in the hallway. Well, it didn't quiet down until I had to come out in the hallway twice and called the front desk at 11 pm. The next morning, a couple stated that they were warned about the noise level before they booked the room. I was not warned.
