Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast and noise Everything offered at breakfast buffet was cold, hallway noise outside my room was loud. I could hear kids running up and down the hall yelling and carrying on. Overall, not a bad hotel, staff was very polite. Water pressure was low in shower and bathroom sink. April 15, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Expect too much Where to begin...well let's start at check-in. The guys there were friendly, but not very knowledgable. Have to say I don't expect an upgrade, but this was the first time in the two years of staying there I wasn't offered one, and they were not full. Ok, that's fine. I asked for a fridge and microwave, they said it would be an additional $10 per night. First time I have been charged for these. Ok, because I needed one. Then I had to remind/tell the guy I would like the points for platinum member. He then says oh yeah I was going to ask. I told him this after check-in as I was about to walk away. (FYI...normally with any other Holiday Inn chain hotel I have the points within one, to two days. Still have nothing). Well, on to say two. Next day I still didn't have the fridlge and microwave, my stuff was ruined, and by the time I got back from work at 3pm, room still not cleaned. I went to front desk and waited my turn. Luis, very nice guy, told the person in front of me hey how about I upgrade you, we have plenty of room, also here are drink coupons for the Managers Social, it's nothing special everyone is invited. Let me check, nope not invited. Guess I don't matter. I get to the desk and I just tell him everything that went wrong. He attempted to try and make it all good, but it was too late, I was done. Next day, I got my receipt and they never changed my payment to the correct card. He said that he added points to my account for all the inconveniences (still haven't seen those either). So with all that, and the fact that the quality and services have declined noticeably over the last two years, I told my travel people to not book me there anymore. This hotel is now a must avoid hotel for me! April 12, 2015

They always put the guests first and treat the guests like family. The owners of this property should be proud of the group of employees they have put together . April 6, 2015
