Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed The room did not have a closet to hang up clothes. It only had shelves never experienced that before. The lounge was the only area to eat dinner and the service was extremely slow and they were not busy. I had to change seats to get attention so I could get waited on and I still had to wait took 30 min to get the servers attentions. Extremely disappointed breakfast was not included with the stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and very convenient location Exceptional service at this location, Luis at front desk extremely personable and very helpful, clean hotel and well priced for where it is located, this particular stay was for personal reasons but next time I have biz in Boston area will stay here again. For similar priced hotels around Boston you get a lot less, again cannot beat the personal service of the staff, both front desk and restaurant June 25, 2015
