My reservation was easy and the rooms were more than expected.
The Front Desk staff really made a difference. Finding a front desk supervisor to help me put a bowtie together really made my day.
That is SERVICE.

The room did not have a closet to hang up clothes. It only had shelves never experienced that before.
The lounge was the only area to eat dinner and the service was extremely slow and they were not busy. I had to change seats to get attention so I could get waited on and I still had to wait took 30 min to get the servers attentions.
Extremely disappointed breakfast was not included with the stay.

My only issue was that the hallways were hot and muggy. The rooms and front desk and restaurant were quite comfortable.

Exceptional service at this location, Luis at front desk extremely personable and very helpful, clean hotel and well priced for where it is located, this particular stay was for personal reasons but next time I have biz in Boston area will stay here again. For similar priced hotels around Boston you get a lot less, again cannot beat the personal service of the staff, both front desk and restaurant

Overall nice place , but the cleaning ladies were very loud at 6:45 a.m. Laughing and joking around.
