Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I won't be back if I can help it The internet service was impossible to trust. About half of all my emails did not go out or come in using your service. There was no notice of interrupted service. That is an important part of my need when I stay at a Priority Club location. Choice Privileges also has locations in Marquette area. My work crews and I will have to try the Comfort Suites of Econo Lodge Lakeside next time. Proper internet service is a must. The Larsons (owners) should make this correction a priority. Also, you might try and put any Priority Club Gold Member in a better location next time. Fifth floor at the far west end of the hotel is definitely not a preferred spot. June 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay in Marquette Thank you all for a great weekend stay in Marquette. Everyone was so courteous and friendly. I must point out, in particuliar, the restaurant staff and the Bar and Chef. Dan and Will especially made us feel welcome. Our best weekend meal occured at the hotel. We had a great Whitefish dinner prepared by the chef. Do not leave without eating in the restaurant!!! Thank you all for a great stay. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by OK until band started playing We were there for our son's college gradudation. Prices were jacked up because of room demand. Stay was ok until band started playing in the lounge on Sat. night. Our room was close to the lounge and the band was loud. They finally quit about 12:30. We were not happy. May 13, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was great Business had me stay here a little longer then anticipated and the Staff here accommodated me in every way. The food was good, lots to choose from on the menu, or you can order in from local resteraunts. The lounge had a LIVE band one of the nights that ROCKED! You honestly don't have to leave the hotel...WiFi signal speed was excellent. All the amenities you need are in this hotel. This is where I stay when I come to Marquette. April 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great decorating upgrade. I have been coming to this hotel for 6 years. Always had great and friendly staff. This past visit had a wonderful surprise......the building had been redecorated. The carpet, walls and artwork are a beautiful change. As usual, the staff was great, from check in to the restaurant to the cleaning staff. Great job again! March 23, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Marquette Holiday Inn The hotel needs a complete renovation. Decor and layout from the 70's/80's. Not up to speed with Holiday Inn Express or other IHG hotels. When confirming my reservation, I was abruptly told that I would not receive reward points for my stay due to fact that I was part of a larger group attending a hockey tournament. Not what you want to say to a Platinum member and/or a Priority Club Credit Card member. I wasn't asking for anything just confirmation that my Priority Club number was correct. After visiting the front desk a few times, it was obvious the Holiday Inn front desk representatives were mostly local college kids with little knowledge of the area or how to make sure a Platinum guest was to be treated. I've had very good experiences with IHG hotels and resorts in past. This was not a good experience. March 8, 2013
