The staff are always smiling and available to help you. The food service staff were also very attentive and provided fast, friendly service. The king size bed was so comfortable, I felt wrapped in luxury. Well done!! I look forward to coming back. November 9, 2014

I completely understand about the early check in policy. It would have been beneficial for the housekeeping staff to understand the wait at the front desk at 3pm, so the rooms could be reassigned to those waiting to check in. November 7, 2014
