Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great pool and clean rooms! Pool was awesome! Great for a romantic weekend getaway! Cozy, quite, relaxing; rooms, hallways, lobby area, and rec areas (including the indoor/outdoor pool) were immaculate! Sauna was fantastic! Alfredo's Restaurant was great! Food was good, staff was excellent, and the outdoor patio was perfect! We enjoyed a delightful weekend and we will most definitely return! Thank you Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield! August 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Good Value and Great Staff The room was very nice and clean and everything worked fine. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan but other than that it was clean and up-to-date. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food and reasonably priced. Overall a good value and I would stay there again. August 16, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk personnel need training Upon checking inon a Sunday night, I presented my credit card, which also doubles as a debit card, to verify funds. I have done this in the past, with no issues. Monday morning, I was online, paying some bills on my bank's web bill paying site, and noticed that the Hotel had charged my entire 5 night stay to my checking account, OVER DRAWING it by $115. I was never asked if I wanted the card to be used as a credit or debit card, and unlike anywhere I have ever used my card as a debit card, they never asked me for my PIN. Speaking with the front desk manager provided nothing other than a comment, "Well, you DID provide us with a debit card", to which I replied, "Yes, but I haven't even stayed two nights, and you charged me for the entire stay." Unfortunately, nothing was ever done about it, and I now have an NSF charge on my account as well. August 12, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay Staff did a great job on check in and out and other questions. Room was comfortable and well lit. Bathroom was clean and well stocked but exhaust system worked poorly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good internet service. Easy access off 271. The only bad point was the bad food served at the restaurant. The chicken wings were baked cripsy and tasted like popcorn. My daughters chicken and pasta made her sick. Save your money and go eat elsewhere. Plenty of better places to eat nearby. The sauna didn't work and was cold but the indoor outdoor pool was kind of clever and served the purpose. The fitness room was passible but I've stayed at other HI's with a lot better. Three pieces of equipment will not serve many guests.The ice machine was broken but there were others upstairs. I would definitely stay there again August 7, 2014
