I'm a frequent business traveler, and I generally tend to bias my hotel choices in favor of a competitor's loyalty program vs. Holiday Inn.
What a pleasant surprise, when I arrived at Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield and found a creatively-furnished lobby (Roman décor) with immaculate hallways, public areas and room.
This is clearly an aging property, as evidenced by its bland exterior appearance. Nevertheless, I was shocked to find a well-appointed room in which everything (yes, everything! -- from clock to power to TV to shower to sink) worked! Room space was adequate, furniture in good condition and the bed was comfortable.
Helpful desk and restaurant staff were icing on the cake. I'll definitely return.

Excellent HI, and good value for the money. Attached restaurant is a plus, very nice Italian menu.

The vent in the room smelled like feet. Or Fritos; I can't decide.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there were fresh towels.
The WIFI was slow.

I used the Mayfield Ohio facility and was pleased with it's cleanliness and quality of the room and bedding. I am a repeat customer at this Inn and would recommend it to other travelers.

Very friendly and competent staff. I requested a quiet room and the staff was very obliging. My room was on a quiet floor, far from the elevator and traffic. Exactly what I requested.

We spent two nights in a king room and had a very enjoyable stay! Our room was spotlessly clean as was the hotel in general and all of the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. We did have a few minor issues during our stay, though. We found that the bathroom fan didn't work and the temperature settings didn't seem to accurately reflect the room temperature. The evening we arrived we decided to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, Alfredo's at the Inn. It was a perfectly nice restaurant, but the food was nothing special and the quality certainly didn't warrant the cost, as our meal was in the $60 range before tip. In hindsight we wish we would have decided to eat outside the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this location to others!

This old fashioned hotel will be a non value for your money.
Dont eat at the restaurant. Unless if you like to wait for an hour in between courses.
Rooms are old, tv is analogue, bathroom is small and very insufficient. Not worth the money
