The staff with Tammy and Theresa as well as housekeeping is the best. I stay here frequently because of location as well as staff. While the hotel is a little dated the security makes it a wash for me.

I used to stay at the Butler Hill HI a lot over the last 25 years but rarely stay there now. The hotel rooms are in need of a modern upgrade. Very dated. There are other choices that are a better value. I am a Priority Club member and stay at Holiday Inns, Intercontinental, and Crowne Plaza as much as possible. The Butler Hill property is one of the worst.

My job requires extensive travel throughout the US. When possible,
I always choose an IHG property, but when in St. Louis, staying at the Butler Hill/I-55 property is the next best thing to being home. To all the staff, keep up the good work!

Was in town for a concert and didn't want to pay downtown prices for hotel and parking. Parking was free at this location and was a short drive from downtown.

Sandy was a gal that was in the hall way on my way to the desk. She greeted me with a smile and a happy attitude. She made sure all my needs were met and I didn't have to go to the desk. Then we chit chatted a minute and she started my day off with sun shine and it was raining outside. I wish all customer service was as great as what I got at your Holiday Inn.

We had stayed here previously. It was adeqauate then and based on this stay nothing has changed. I try to always stay at holiday inn when ever possible. We are platinum members and I have gotten use to the little extra's that are awarded to us. Nothing was offered. I asked about water bottles. I was informed that they give nothing away. They would be handing out cookies at 8pm. We were traveling across country and this is the ONLY Holiday Inn that offers nothing. I returned to the room and informed husband that they do not give out water, but at 8pm we could have a cookie.
At 8pm there was a woman standing in the lobby with a tray of cookies. Would you like 1 or 2 cookies I was asked. Seriously you are going to count the cookies that are being given out. I told her 4 2 for myself and 2 for husband. She hesitated and then gave me the 4. I purchased water. The beds were ok but not up to the Holiday Inn I am use to. When you rolled over it felt like you were on a boat the bed rocked so much. We were on the holidome side and the noise late at night was terrible. I thought it was thundering outside but it was kids playing air hockey out our window at 11:30 at night. In the morning I expected to see a bill under my door and a newspaper on the floor when I opened up the door. It wasn't there. Will I stay here again. No, I realize it isn't a big deal but I enjoy my free water and my free snack along with my free paper in the morning.
