My family and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Check-in was a breeze; room was clean. In fact I received an advisory email that check-in traffic may be high on arrival day due to group check-in. Thank you.
For improvement - service staff at ES Sense to be more attentive. My dining experience (for breakfast) was only average. During several visits, we were not approached or ushered to available table. Hence we just picked one that appeared to be unoccupied; it was not even peak hour and within an hour of closing. Perhaps this was due to the many new staff on board since my last visit a few months ago.

a few downsides: toilet flush was a hassle. had to push down real hard before it worked. thumb hurt after having to do this a few times! the wash basin was faulty but I had to bare with it - considering it was a two night stay and I did not want the workman to come in with their clunky boots and mess the washroom!
hotel should look into these maintenance issues regularly - perform routine checks, maintenance etc. and not wait for a guest to check in before discovering these faults!
the breakfast menu is always the same - considering I have visited this hotel over 4 occasions! roti jala/prata - not fresh at all...hard and stale and so were the croissants! please spruce up the breakfast menu!

Was served at the front desk upon arrival by Michele, who was ever patient to help us check if there were other options that will suit my family needs.
When the room was not ready, she then led us to the club lounge for tea while waiting for our room to be prepared.
Upon arriving in the room, Wei Wei called to our room to check if everything was in order and if we had been address and taken care of since I was an IHG club member.
She also offered us access to the club lounge for the length of our stay which was great since I and my wife can lounge while kids played in the pool outside.
Overall experience was tops.

Great staff. They are friendly and approachable. Provide assistance promptly. Good breakfast buffet too!

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The food and beverage outlets are good and offer great prices. I must say all the common areas are clean and well taken care.

I informed Masita at breakfast table that my family is vegetarian. She offered to get us some vegetarian noodles as our main staple and also brought us round the buffet table to show us what is suitable for us. At day two, she saw us and prepare our staple for us again without any prompt from us. She even got the chef to cook it differently from yesterday. She showed initiative and attentiveness in caring for the guests.
One staff from the front desk was so kind to bring us the complimentary birthday cake for our young girl at designated time. He made it special for her. Sorry to have forgotten his name.

Every thing was good as usual except that (after a few hours settling into the room) possibly some children have urinated in the room and the room has a faint smell of urine, and the housekeeping staff was not attentive enough to clean it properly.
It was late and we have 3 daughters to take care of, I decided to make do with it.
I felt that the housekeeping staff could have done a proper job even though it was peak season. Other guest may not be as kind as me.
