I was in Melaka with my relatives from China. Everyone loved the excellent condition of the rooms and the Straits view plus the proximity to shopping destinations.

Staff were polite and helpful, especially when they helped to locate and keep my lost item after check out. Great hotel, and will stay here again in my next visit!
Con: location is a little off-central, and shuttle service is only available hourly.

Very bad service, food poor, no new soap or shampoo, every day have to ask, breakfast poor better to stay hungry!

excellent front liner right from your door step. extra security. using door access card to access lift. as IHG member, upgrade to bigger room after few round of stay. front liner can remember your face. will definitely choose your hotel once travel to Melaka again.
my only setback is that sometimes your hotel always fully book. should be given a bit priority as an IHG member, I guest ...

Excellent venue to retire after exploring famous Melaka .
Excellent room...comfortable bed....flat tv...nice view facing straits of Melaka. Service vey good. Excellent covered parking with good security. Lift access from parking to room floor.

Front des manager was rude.I stay in your hotel for four days,when the third morning,i cant access to my room.when I come down to tell your front desk staff which was helpful.But your manager rudely says my stay was over which I had to check out.
when I explain to her my stay was four days,she just ask her staff to check again and just walk off.
your room cleaner took more than four hours to clean my room.i left my room to go shopping at about 1145am and your cleaner was cleaning the room opposite mine.when I came back at 4plus,they are still cleaning.the cleaner are forgetful also.took my face towel but never replenish back my towel.lastly the executive lounge service was execellent until the last days.the usual staff was off on Monday.the service by the new staff especially a malay lady wearing black coat but no name tag.all she does was open the door and greet us good morning,my table was full of dirty plates even when she sees that piles of plates she ignore it.other staff are busy taking food from the tray and go to the back and eat.i wonder what kind of service they are giving.
