Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 International facility, local service A very bad experience at first when check-in. It took me 15 minutes stand to listen a guest (who did not book the room online properly) argue in the front desk before my turn to check-in. When there is such incident happened, the hotel shall make immediate solution to handle such impolite guest separately without impact to other guest standing and waiting to check-in after long driving. Booked 2 rooms on-line weeks ago but only 1 room available after 4:30pm and another room after dinner which is a big drop of rating for the Value of the hotel. A value is not only a matter of room rate & the stars, but a matter of the guest's satisfaction level and whether the hotel even care. However, a big bonus point for the room, it is not luxury but very comfortable, clean and details. The next day close to noon when we about to leave, the phone ring and gave friendly "reminder" for the time to leave. It is again a drop of the Value of the hotel. We do not get our room after 4:30pm and after dinner with kids and seniors waiting for "cleaning" for hours, but it is very "on-time" to give friendly "reminder“ to leave. The whole dissatifaction express to the manager but it doesn't seems getting any compensation but with a lot of explanations, reasons, excuses, and even asked me to give name of the hotel staff who ring us to give reminder. I am trying to be polite when making a feedback but ended my dissatisfaction level increase further. In conclusion, the hotel have an international level's facility, comfortable & clean room but said to say that it served with very local service and untrained staffs. February 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Well Maintained Hotel in Melaka We were greeted by very friendly staffs at the reception. They even shared with us what can we do during this Chinese New Year holiday. Overall, the room is in a very good and well maintained condition. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The es.sense kitchen restaurant is a must try for food lovers. The dinner buffet has quite a good spread of food. The serving staffs are very friendly and prompt in clearing the plates. They are attentive to our requests. February 4, 2014
