I am a IHG Rewards Member, it is free to sign up & everyone should do so, it's quick & easy. There are many friendly faces behind the front desk that will check you in quickly. Naseer, Tracy, John, Joe, Justin & many more. If you need something brought to your room, Rosa will show up in minutes. I would recommend this Holiday Inn for sure. The location is awsome as well, right off 95, there is a Chic Fil A right next door & a McDonalds, Walmart 2 minutes away. The pool area is always a great place to relax with a bar right next to it. Stayed there in Christmas eve, they did not say 'Merry Christmas', and no candies to Gold Member; 3. Did not change sheet; 4. Poor service compared to other brands under IHG. January 11, 2015
