Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Memphis airport-disappointing The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but there are not many services nearby and it doesn't feel like a safe neighborhood. The staff are friendly but slow. The restaurant has limited selections and sometimes long wait times for food service. Food quality is hit or miss. The pool is offsite, so it doesn't feel safe to go with kids. The business center is a single computer in the middle of the lobby. Overall this is a poor hotel that I would not return to other than the convenience to the airport. June 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will Not Stay Again! While staying at the Holiday Inn I went through the whole experience (hotel and restaurant). Upon arriving (12:30 PM) I realized that check in time was not unit 4:00. I did not think to check this since most Holiday Inns are at 3:00. Checking in I was greeted with a smile and a "Hello sir, how are you?" (the front desk staff was very polite and helpful). At this time I was upset due to the waiting in the lobby that I had done and wanted to speak to a manager. Doing so I was told that this is normal for airport Holiday Inns to have a check in time of 4:00. I thought this was odd especially since check out is at 11:00. After some research busier airports (LAX, DFW and so on) have a check out time of 12:00 and check in of 3:00. After this I was told that it takes time to wash linens and to dry them (I seriously doubt that there is only set of linens per bed). Arguing with the gentlemen for awhile I was told "I am not going to sit here and argue with you anymore". Was this because my points were all valid and he didn't want other customers to hear this? After this fiasco I didn't want to explore the area for dinner and decided to hit the restaurant. What a bad decision! I waited for 15 minutes to even be greeted by the waitstaff and then received a menu and drink. After deciding on a burger and cheese sticks I waited for 50 minutes to receive my meal. The burger, fries, and cheese sticks were all cold. The only good experience was the front desk staff and the cleanliness of the room (should be with 5 hours to do). I will not be staying at the Holiday Inn Memphis Airport. June 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Near Graceland Just a few miles from Graceland this hotel is the perfect stop at the end of a touristy day in Memphis, and if you're too tired to climb back into your car, they have a great dinner buffet or a free shuttle to local restaurants. Holiday Inn's are always nice, but this is one of the better ones. June 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great service The hotel is conveniently located for my business, the staff were very attentive, food was good, the drinks were reasonably priced. I had some awesome local beer which the bartender recommended and allowed me to taste test before I ordered. I had a good experience staying there, it is a nice hotel and is much better appointed than any of the Holiday Inns that I have stayed at in the US. The Holiday Inns I have stayed at in Europe especially are more aligned with the MEM airport one. June 13, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible staff We arrived to a room with no microwaves or refrigerator. When we called front desk to request them it took then well over half the day to bring it(refrigerator still no microwave was provided). Once it was delivered it was sat in the middle of the floor we had to move it to a corner ourselves. When we requested towels the next day we were made aware that house keeping would be around shortly they never made it literally. If we didnt have towels in our luggage i dont know what we would have done. This was a horrible experience I expected more from this hotel being that I've stayed at others and has always had a pleasant experience. June 6, 2015
