Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Place Will Not Return Dirty beds and no hot water! I had to clean my bed before I could get in from the previous persons' stay There was hair all over the pillows and my bed. Personally I found this very disgusting. Then I woke up to no hot water. The entire hotel had no hot water. How do I know this? I was there for a conference and everyone was complaining about this. Restaurant server was rude. For the price, you better look for a better place with better accommodations. March 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service I found the staff at the hotel very accommodating. The hotel was in a good location close to the airport, which was important given the weather conditions. Everything I needed for an unexpected stay was available at the hotel and I was comfortable while there. I would like to give some special praise to the shuttle driver, Courtney. He was very nice, and although I wasn't prepared to tip him because I should have been on a plane back home... he didn't mind and carried my bags up a icy set of stairs and made sure I was comfortably in the hotel before leaving to make his next shuttle run. This started my experience with the hotel out on the right foot! March 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Miserable stay Location was horrible. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel (restaurants, stores). The general area was abandoned, burned out, boarded up structures. I did not feel safe at all. Room was close to lobby and front desk so there was a lot of noise. Also, beginning at 3:00 a.m. airport traffic started up from the FEDEX terminal flying directly over the hotel and there was no way you could sleep with all that noise. Then to top off everything else, we had NO HOT WATER that morning for showers. This was not my choice to stay here and obviously the company that set up the conference I attended did not do their research or would not have booked this location. They apologized all day at our meeting about the problems and issues everyone was having. Meeting had to be stopped and sound system replaced because none of the microphones were working. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Swift hotel shuttle pick up and drop off. I am sorry, but don't recall the two men who picked us up from the airport and took us back the next morning, but both were very friendly and helpful. We only waited six minutes for the first person to pick us up once I made the call. The person working the front desk was very friendly, and a fellow Green Bay Packer fan. The room was very clean, recently renovated. We were only staying the night between flights, so it was nice to have a clean room, warm shower, comfortable bed, and a nice TV to relax too. The only reason I rated the sleep quality as a 3 was due to a noisy runny compressor, or fan, outside our window...it ran all night long and was a bit annoying. March 15, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fifth Floor had no water and the desk knew it when they checked us in After we settled into our rooms (we rented two side-by-side). Our 91-year-old mother was with us and had the adjoining room. We ordered dinner in our room. We got ready to get our showers and boom no hot water. We let it run for 20 minutes before calling front desk who told us they were having trouble with the hot water on our floor. She asked if we wanted to move and we said no because of our mother next door. She said if we wanted hot water we would have to so we did reluctantly. We had to call and wake our mother up to tell her we were moving to another floor. She wanted to shower the next morning and said she would stay. My husband and I had to get dressed, pack up everything and move ourselves to another floor at 10:30 at night. The next morning our mother said we had better be glad we were moved because she did not get any rest due to a party being held most of the night and people playing a piano and being really loud. This was the worst night of our 10-day trip cross country staying in Holiday Inns hand down. March 12, 2015
