My wife and I stayed the night of June 30th. The front desk staff are friendly and very responsive to needs and requests.
The arrangement of the facility makes a number of actions difficult.
First there is no way to get to the front desk without using steps. This makes it hard when pulling rolling bags.
When we first went to our room we inserted the key cards into the lock. The appropriate light turned green, but the door would not open. After trying the second card with the same result, I decided to call the front desk, rather than return there as it was such a great deistance away.
I used the number on the card the front desk people had given me, but that connected me to the national reservation center who told me to call the hotel. I explained that I had thought that is what I was doing. I asked them to connect me to the hotel or to at least give me the appropriate phone number.; I was told that they were unable to do so.
I looked up the h otel number and called the front desk. They told me that the door handles had been improperly installed and that I needed to pull up hard, rather than push down on the handle. That worked.
We entered the room to fin a dirty wash cloth and towel in the bath room. When I called the front desk they were apologetic and said they would send replacement towels. These arrived very quickly and from a woman who was very courteous.
When we tried to change channels on the TV the screen went gray. After calling the front desk they sent a maintenance man to show us how to change stations. Even though the card in the room designated channels by 2 digits, he explained that one needed to add "-1" to all entries, else it would wipe out all channel memory.
The furniture in the room is a heavy dark material that is very depressing. There seems to have been an attempt to add extra outlets, but the outlets require sliding and a button and seldom worked even then. There are two spotlights attached to the headboard, which is good because the lighting is dim otherwise.
The room is fairly quiet except for the expected noise from planes since this facility is near an airport.
We decided to eat in the buffett on the main level. The elevators were very slow in arriving. (The following morning as we were leaving, the elevators were so slow arriving that I again called the front desk which informed me that the elevators were out of commission even though the buttons were lighted. They sent someone up to our floor to help us with our luggage, but we were already down to the front door before anyone arrived.)
The buffett was reasonably priced, but the person stocking the items would take tray of food away for replenishment before we could put items on our plate. There was a set of bowls on the wall counter and what looked like it could have been a pot of soup. When I went to look at it the fellow yelled at me to get away and stay in the buffett line.
My wife wanted the mashed potatoes and gravy. After waiting several minutes until he returned with the potatoes, she found the gravy to be empty. The fellow said it would take several minutes to refill the gravy as he would have to walk down stairs to get it.
The food was edible, but the manner of the staff was atrocious.

I stayed at this hotel last night to be near the airport. When I tried to use my key card to enter the room, the light turned green but the handle would not unlock the door. When I returned to the front desk, I was told that I had one of the rooms requiring the handle to be raised instead of being pushed down. I returned and eventually entered the room after several attempts raising the door handle. When I left this morning around 6 am, I was told none of the three elevators were working. I had to take my luggage and laptop bag down two floors to the lobby. As a business traveler, I do not expect annoyances as above.
