I had a two night stay with super easy access for travel to family events.
I'm glad I took it.
It was in a great location. The hotel has a modern feel and is clean and I probably would stay here again if the price was right.
I had no problems but the room did not have refrigerator.

I arrived at hotel just before nine in the evening, checked-in and went straight to bar to order something to eat, initally, offered the buffet, which after checking I thought low quality and end of the session, frankly not worth the price and probably wouldn't have been great.
So asked barman for bar menu. Nothing really took fancy, so opted for burger, explained I really didn't want fries or the bun, was it possible to just have extra salad instead, answer was pretty much No!, although I could get side salad from buffet ($16)!! Not very flexible I thought, so just ordered burger. Barman then said this would take 45 minutes!!! Thinking he said 4-5, I said I'd be back in 5 minutes, barman then spoke a little more clearly that it would take 45 mins. I questioned how/why it could take 45 minutes, the response was "you are in a hotel", not exactly the explanation I expected considering the three other people in the bar/eating area, and really quite rude. So cancelled the order.
Next morning came out of room to be near on knocked down by strong smell of frying from the made to order eggs at the breakfast bar (my room was just above and along from this area), seriously need to put in some extraction system.
On check-out, I filled out a comments card and detailed the previous nights poor service at the bar, the GM was apologetic and agreed this is not the level of service expected. Now, whilst it did not change the previous evenings experience, her verbal service recovery was fantastic, even if I missed the airport shuttle as a result of talking to her.
I take the time to write compliments and let the hotel know directly when things are right, not just complain when they are wrong, that way each hotel can focus on repeating the good and modifying the bad.
