Free shuttle to and from airport was very convenient. However, noise level from next room quite annoying, didn't complain because that's not the fault of the hotel. However, the bathroom was rather small and the ceiling told its on story of needing repair. Hotel seemed very "dated" but we were there to explore the city and only needed a place to sleep.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by awhitt204 Reminds me of being on a cruise ship
Large hotel, very large open space going from 1st floor to 5th floor. But reminds me of being on a cruise ship, where everything exciting is outside your room. Once in your room, it is very small, and the heating cooling system is ancient, still running on the old analog lever, making you guess within 5 degrees what you are setting the temp too. The bed itself had a very large slope to the center, so it was comfortable only if you slept in the very center of the bed, going to either edge made your body angle towards the center of the bed, very uncomfortable. They obviously spent a lot of time and money on the décor and elegance of the looks of the facility, but what is underneath the looks, is not a good experience. Also managing moving your luggage through the facility is a task in itself. There are stair cases everywhere you go. So you use the one elevator shaft way they have in the facility, which is too few considering the size of the facility, and the wait time for the elevators is atrocious. Once off the elevator, the only way out to the front door is down two sets of stair cases, not easy when your lugging large luggage.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ice Cold No Hot Water?
I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for myself and two coworkers. After the first night, one co-worked mentioned the lack of water pressure in her shower (Room 529, I think). She had the same issue on the second morning.
On the first morning (Room 532), my shower worked fine. On the second morning, there was absolutely NO hot water for the shower. I let it run for several minutes. Turned it off then back on. Eventually, I had to take a ice cold shower. Strangely, there WAS hot water from the faucet in the bathroom.
It appears the hotel is spending millions to upgrade the hotel décor. I suggest money be spent covering the basics first.
