We decided that we needed the service because a friend could not pick us up from the airport as we had anticipated. We called Holiday Inn to let them know that we needed the shuttle service after all and they accommodated us without any hesitation. The entire experience and stay at the Holiday Inn was trouble free. Everyone at the hotel deserves an A for making our stay so satisfying and enjoyable!!! December 12, 2014

Ever changing circumstancrs maintained my reservations in a state of constant flux. This wonderful staff and General Manager Debbie Cowgill was so adept and professional, I always felt reassured that they would do whatever was possible to meet my needs.
