Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, great service The front desk service was outstanding, and the room was nicer than I expected. All rooms face in to the lobby, and the lobby is a large open space. So when there is an event in their event center, the noise radiates throughout the hotel and into the rooms. Be sure to ask if there is going to be an event during your stay, and avoid it if you want some sleep. January 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Memphis Business Trip I overall found the Hotel to be very nice and a great value for the money. The staff were friendly and curteous. the room was a fantastics value for the cost, I've stayed at other prrperties and paid more for less sqaure footage. The only drawbacks were: The bar was very small and did not serve food. The restaraunt ran out of serveal items. The last morning I was there, they ran out of coffee cream at 7am, there were no english muffins during my stay and some of the deserts they advertised were not available. I'll stay there again but will try out some other restaraunts. January 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Suggestions for Educational Improvement I was pleased to note that students participated in most of the activities associated with the operation of the Inn; However, I noticed that the housekeeping staff members did not seem to be students. I recommend that every student begin his or her education at the housekeeping or laundry or plant maintenance levels. I feel that this experience will foster a greater appreciation for the relatively menial but absolutely essential tasks and would give the prospective innkeepers a greater appreciation for the hard and often unrewarding work that these dedicated employees provide. K-Mart introduced its new MBAs to the retail experience by putting them on the floor as retail clerks. I think that a similar introduction would keep prospective students grounded in the real world as they realize how important every member is to the overall team effort. January 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms and hotel; thin walls Our stay would have been perfect had it not been for our next door occupant who decided to do some pounding at 1:30 a.m. It sounded as though he/she was hammering on the wall and it woke us up. Also, we could hear when other toilets (perhaps above us) were flushed. December 29, 2014
