The hotel was fine except for the WiFi. Every time we wanted to get to the Internet, the hotel's WiFi system demanded we log in and give an assigned password. If you check for emails etc. many times per day as we do, it is very annoying to have to go through the log-in process repeatedly. We know expensive hotel chains tend to be more stingy about their WiFi than middle- and low-priced motel chains. But why do hotel executives think this is a good idea?! Why do hotel executives mistakenly think it is better to annoy PAYING customers in order to prevent an occasional freeloader who hooks into their WiFi? It is bad corporate policy. Wake up! At least get a good WiFi system that requires only one log-in at the beginning of a multi-day visit.
When a customer makes reservations at your 800 number, make sure the rep makes clear what is being booked.

I stayed at this hotel on business. We were working long days but once I got back to the hotel I was able to relax in my room and unwind from the day in peace. The staff had excellent suggestions on places to eat and entertainment in the area.

Of the hotels we usually stay in when we visit relatives in Bartlett, this is my favorite. For this trip, I would particularly like to thank Denise who was working the front desk on my arrival. She kindly checked me in early but when I discovered that maintenance still had a hold on the room, Denise got right to work to confirm that my room was in fact ready. She was genuinely concerned that I had a clean, comfortable room when I arrived. I think Denise and other staff members who quickly resolved the issue to get me in my room, especially since I was not technically due to check in until 3:00. I also want to thank house keeping for doing a great job. My only criticism is that some of the furniture in the suite could use some updating or replacement, particularly the sofa bed.

The room was fantastic and did not have that "lived in" look. It was fresh feeling and we really enjoyed it after a long day of traveling.

I could not find anything to complain about staying at this location - The staff was great - food was great and the atmosphere of the hotel was very friendly.
Did not see a manager to tell them what a wonderful staff they had -

The room was decent in terms of size. There were a few amenities. It was relatively clean although when we returned to our room, we discovered a dirty pillowcase lying on the floor next to the bed.
The kicker, though, was when we returned our second night and discovered one...then two...then three ants crawling on my daughter's bed. Our first phone call to the front desk yielded no results; the best we got was "Our housekeeping staff has left and I'll get someone to change the linens on her bed". At least five, maybe ten minutes later, we had not heard back from the woman at the front desk. However, we had in the interim discovered a dead ant or two inside the framed picture and then discovered at least three more alive and moving across the walls. I called back down and was told that they were fully booked and could not move us. I said something needed to be done, the woman said she'd contact her manager, and a short while later they told us they'd arranged for us to go to the Wingate hotel, about two miles away. (As an aside, we'd been placed in a room just off the elevator bank and it was quite noisy throughout the evening.)
