Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Drive on... This hotel had the potential to be the best stay in a holiday inn on my trip from Ohio to Texas. The layout and decor of the lobby was very nice. I liked the fact that there was restaurant style seating in their eating area for the morning breakfast. Where they fell short was when we entered the room we stayed in, we found the bedding was stained, the coffee supplied in the room were actually empty packets left on the counter, and there were only 3 towels in the room (there were 4 of us). When we called down to the front desk, they did the bare minimum to try to fix the problem with no apologies. This will not be a hotel i visit on my return trip. June 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Work Trip Everything about the hotel was great. The bar service was a bit slow, because I believe the bartender had to deliever room service orders as well. The rest of the hotel was great, except the internet in hotel is very very slow, dial-up slow. If that was fixed would be good all around. June 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, but woke up aggrevated The hotel itself was great. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The only complaint we had was being awakened at 0600 hours by crying children in a nearby room. This continued for three hours. It was very annoying and we were not fully rested. June 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall A The staff was very friendly and helpful! Check in was fast considering there were several wedding parties staying this past weekend. The breakfast buffet was very tasty also! The bathroom could have been cleaner, the wall by the toilet needed a good scrub. Overall we had a great experience and would probably stay there again if needed. June 19, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sufficient fo stay Wolf Chase has went down a little in cleanliness in rooms and outside appearance. For instance, the corners of the guest restroom need attention as does the shower around the floor and doors. These are minor cleaning issues, however over time they can become greater issues. As an EVS, (housekeeping), Director I can spot these things easily although most people would give it a pass. I usually stay at Wolf Chase and will continue to but, if I sense that the cleanliness is taking a downturn I will stay at a different location. Overall it was a clean, safe, environment but, I had to tell the front desk that the waste receptacle outside was overflowing and had trash around it. They did quickly take care of it but, it's not my job to ensure that that kind of issue needs attention. Pay attention Wolf Chase....it's the little things that can bring you down. June 18, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude, Disrespectful and Horrible Upon entering the building, other guests were loud in the pool area, and interrupted my check in. The woman at the front desk was the only positive experience at this hotel, as at 4am-6am there were workers in the room next door being loud, screaming and laughing and the manager had to be called. It was apparent that it was staff as a key card was used and conversations could be overheard. At around 8 am, loud banging of furniture in the upstairs room, only assumed to be from the same staff out of retaliation, were heard from 8-9am. At approximately 9 am, we received a knock on our door from "housekeeping" after they had had an hour long conversation with other staff members outside of our door at an abnormally loud volume. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I had just spent 2 weeks worth of staying in hotels. I am an IHG member and am considering canceling and contacting the BBB. This hotel was not inexpensive and seemed to cater to disrespectful human beings from other guests to staff. Unacceptable and disappointed. Next time I will risk the possibility of sleep deprivation, and continue into Arkansas, just horrible. June 10, 2015
